it takes them a long time and it seems to get a problem fixed and I'm not so sure it's their fault but it's still a problem, but everybody is nice. Installation took a long time because of weather but you know they seem to have put it together properly, it was their fault. Kevin is terrific and the sales people are pretty good too. We are pretty happy with them.

Totally professional. Installation was perfect. Everything operates as it should. The people have gone above and beyond. I am very happy with them. Multiple people have stopped and asked me about the panels and I always tell them how pleased I am with the company.

They installed the equipment and it's working but not like the salesperson explained it. They did not clean up the new concrete driveway and left a muddy mess. Also the trench from the ground mounted panels were not filled in properly.

The only problem we had with this company had to do with what we were told by the sales person about upgrading our panel being included in the price. When it came down to the installation the company owner didn't want to do that. Finally agreed that our existing panel could be used based on info received from my own licensed electrician. We have been enjoying minimal electric bills now since 2012 and very happy.

I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran and had to pay for my panels. Told me my roof was in very good shape (lie). Now after 3 1/2 years later I need a new roof. Solar Alliance's installer Solar West now wants me to pay them $6000.00 to remove the solar panels and replace them after I pay for a new roof to be installed. ($10,500.00) a total cost of $16,500.00. I feel Solar Alliance and Solar West should cover those costs since they told me my roof was just fine. As a disabled Veteran age 74, I cannot afford this.
