Very professional company. I am able to monitor the energy output form my solar panels. I’ve had an excellent experience with them. I get phone calls and text messages to keep me updated. Installation was very fast. It was a 2 day process to get the solar panels up and get me all hoked up. I am very happy with everything they did.

We never have issues with it. It never breaks down. I never have any issues with customer service. We originally had it through another company and the initial install was a disaster but Robco came in and fixed everything when that company went out of business. They salvaged and the panels were installed correctly. Their support is amazing.

They were completely straightforward no nonsense they were an absolute breath of fresh air after dealing with so many Yay who companies. This was amazing. Will highly recommend Robco to anyone that wants Solar. My experience with solar was very challenging, it felt like buying a car. Different quotes and offerings. Went with them because friends had used them and I was able to see their power bills. Their houses are 4000 square foot, swimming pools etc and their bills were $ 18 dollars a month. Just finished install. Won’t see savings until NV hooks it up. The installation was amazing, they were punctual and everything looks great. I was adamant that I didn’t wAnt to see the panels in front of my house and they totally delivered. Their workers were the most polite and respectful people. I know this is a long story but honestly if you start shopping for Solar you will be overwhelmed but how many offers and BS people call you. Horrible to talk to all of them. Mike’s crew installed it and they were amazing. Our sales person was Adam Brunt and he had an answer to every question, unlike some other companies. The government gives you 30% return on your taxes. Check with your tax person. So far awesome experience, will do further review when I start to see my power bills.

I have no knowledge of how the systems work. I was assured that the company would keep and eye on my system and call me when repairs were needed, That worked for a while, but recently my envoy died and I did not know it. They never alerted me to the failure and I soon started receiving big bills. When I called they said that they never said they would monitor my system. I do NOT appreciate being lied to. I am not computer literate not system literate. They need to keep their promise.

It wasn’t the cheapest but I think it is a good value for the money. I did a fair amount of research on the different panels and inverters and the equipment they installed was quality. They arrived and finished when they said they would after the whole solar project was delayed because I had to have the hosue reroofed which was not the best. It looks good. I was up on the roof watching because I was curious about it and they did good quality work. I am not the most tech savvy and they were very helpful when I asked questions about the performance.

Utilizing solar energy in an environmentally friendly manner and beneficial for the wellbeing of my family. The pricing is on par with other companies but the materials they use is 1st rate. For example, my neighbor’s solar install pigeon guard is a cheap wire mesh and looks unprofessional. Robco used a clean metal facade that blends into the panel. The adage "you get what you pay for" is definitely true although I feel I got an incredible value for the quality of materials and service provided.

ROBCO RECOMMENDATION We initially recognized the need to take control of our electric costs. To do that we needed to consider solar electrical panel power generation. We researched several firms using the internet. We also talked with neighbors that currently use solar power systems. We than checked out several firms using the Nevada State Building Board to see if they were properly licensed and had no outstanding or prior litigation against them. We then checked with the Better Business Bureau to see what kind of rating they had. Once we narrowed our firms of interest, we checked on subsequent firms costs. We also used the internet solar calculation check to get a broad range estimate. Our selection of Robco was not based on only cost as they were not the cheapest. As a General Contractor, I know the lowest proposal is not always the best contractor. After interviewing Jorge S of Robco we were satisfied they would do an excellent job. We were very satisfied with their installation crews work, both courteous, professional and expeditious. Once the work was completed we were very happy that Robco educated us on the systems and coordination with the Building Inspectors work. We will readily provide Robco an excellent recommendation to any other potential customers. Doug Hays 89148

After completing intensive research on solar companies, I started to change my mind about going solar. Fortunately, a friend of mine asked me to look into Robco before making a final decision. I reached out to Krystal and compared to the reps from other companies, she was the first one who actually knew what she was talking about. When dealing with me, Krystal was professional and far from pushy. On the day of installation, I felt even stronger about my decision to use Robco because of the professionalism of their technicians. The leader took the time to explain every single step and in the end, sent me pictures of their work on top of my roof. The final work on the wall was clean and painted. I have not seen a full-year production vs consumption of energy to attest to the accuracy of the company prediction and choice for system size. However, the friend who told me about Robco did not pay NV energy for extra power

Fantastic Overall Experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, sales reps; all the “real” info concerning: costs, solar production, NV Energy rules and policies. Seamless integration with our HOA. As a previous NV solar homeowner, the info was spot on. No hard sale, no “made-up” numbers or costs. Group of 5 of us including engineers, compared Robco to other Southern NV installers. The high-end, high-efficiency LG panels sealed the deal. We made the right choice. Local company with other business, not just solar. Expecting them to be around for the entire life of my roof. Installation as advertised, professional, courteous, clean installation. Every person we met from laborer to owner was fabulous. Can’t say enough good things about Robco.
