The installation went pretty smoothly, but a high percentage of the optimizers failed immediately (or were faulty to start with), and we've had ongoing optimizer/inverter issues. Warranty service has been so slow at times it seems they forget we exist.

Installation went very very smoothly and was great. I'm kind of getting the run around from customer service. I had a problem with the electrician. I'd stay home from work and then he wouldn't show up or showing up at hours when I probably didn't need to take time off after my working ours. I was very confused by the financing at first.

The main problem was getting a follow-up call and our main contact wasn't with the company after we got the installation so we don't really know who our contact is but we have to go through a chain of people. It takes a long time for them to return calls.

My biggest complain was that they subcontraced almost all of the work and they blew up the electric box. It cost me another two thousand dollars to get that fixed and finally Moxie stepped up and came back and did it correctly. I was supposed to receive thirty panels and only recieved twenty-eight.

There's times when the app on our phones is not working. They put wireing up so the birds can get underneath and didn't close that off. There was no communication during installation. We always had to get ahold of them, they never contacted us.

Moxie Solar was the only company that could provide us with a quote right away. The ladies in the billing department they were much more helpful than the crews and the area manager. They got right on things when I had questions or problems and got the answers for me right away. The installation process was bad. Ad then some of the modules were bad right after they were installed.

Great experience with the sales team and has panels installed within 2 months and the system was active a month later. While there were some hiccups once the realization that the production was going to miss the estimated production Moxie worked with me to find a resolution. While I it didn’t happen immediately communication around the issue happened on a weekly based and a agreement was reached for lost productivity. Love Solar and will continue to push it out to friends and family.

Moxie took care of everything start to finish, once the process started it was seamless. Had an existing electrical issue brought up by the state inspector, Moxie fixed it at no extra cost. Electrician said he couldn't sleep at night if he had not fixed. Can't say enough how they went above and beyond.

Moxie was very professional and responsive to any and all questions. I would 100% recommend them for any solar project. Down side of installing solar panels is the long process to start your ROI (Return on Investment). The issue wasn't so much Moxie, but more so Mid-American.
