Price is good and I appreciated the general knowledge of the sales rep that I was working with. The project management was absolutely terrible. Follow-up during the installation was very poor. The installer showed up and walked away. It took me reaching out to them to get any information on how the system actually worked. There was no walkthrough.

I was most impressed with the people at Moxie Solar. Mike C led the install team and they were fantastic - Professional, patient (with my questions) and thorough. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The final piece (electrical) was a breeze. Corbin took great care in connecting my system and was great to ask questions of as well. Behind the scenes, Moxie kept me updated on the process with my utility and all of the paperwork that goes into it. Thank you Moxie!

The installers were professional and even swung back a week after install to see that things were working. Very professional group to work with. Moxie was great to work with. They managed absolutely everything with minimal input from me and my wife. We're still waiting on credits from the local power company. Unforseen circumstances extended the timeline by several months but once they got started everything went smoothly. Small hiccups were handled quickly. Install was in the middle of winter and was done well. Being an electrician in a previous life made me more critical than most on my expectations and review of the conduit install on the side of my house and detached garage. It could have been done much more cleanly. Three different types of conduit were used which is less than ideal and, to me, looks unprofessional. At the end of the day, I dont spend time looking at the finished product. I sit back knowing the sunshine is producing a majority of my power! I am confident that I would have been accomodated if I had made my initial expectations known. Overall I am very happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to work with Moxie again.

My wife and I recently had Moxie Solar install panels on the roof of our new home and we can't be happier with the result! Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional and it is obvious they take great pride in helping people generate their own clean energy! Even the installers who worked on our roof through the hottest day of the year were in good spirits and happy to have helped another customer reduce their dependence on fossil fuels (and save $$$ on utility bills)! i have never had any issues contacting or being contacted with any questons. they worked with me to make sure after the storm that we would get the panels installed as quickly as can. they were always checkign on us and have followed up to make sure all goin g smoothly. they are concerned but verfy helpfull to get the rest installed once roof ids fixed.,

The different people involved with the project do not communicate with each other. It was installed late. It was quite a lengthy and irritating process. Noone seems to know what is going on. It is winter, so we don‚Äôt even know if it was worth it.

Salesperson and one other person could communicate. Communication otherwise was bad. Did not explain items needed to be done, showed up on some days without knowing in advance, timeliness to questions was horrible during and after installation. Lack of follow through
