Gimenergy is family now. My project manager has been so nice and patient with me. Everytime I call he either picks up the phone or calls me back. The girls answering the phones are really nice too. I got a big solar system with them 40 panels. I had to make sure everything goes well. I got a brand new roof and was worried about the penetrations. My project manager guaranteed on roof penetrations and gave me a 25 year warranty on penetrations. So far has been great!

Glad that I met these guys. Was just searching google looking for a solar company and I came across GIM. My standards are very high when it comes to working on my house and I wanted a specific system installed. My first preference was materials and they delivered with what I requested. We also got a battery installed from them as well and now are system is fully connected to the grid working well. I can see the production and battery capacity through their online app. They also gave me a maintenance package that meant they came and cleaned the panels twice every year.

My experience going solar was quick and easy. The team at gim guided me through the process. The electrical panel at work my house needed be relocated and I also needed some trenching to install panels on my guest house. These guys did the trenching, electrical panel upgrade, and solar all in one week. They got the system turned on a few weeks after installation and I am very thankful for the services. BEST service in town. Dealing with contractors has been hard ever since I tried to get my house built a few years back I learned my lesson. But with gimenergy it was not like most contractors. These guys were more like a company and it shows. The products installed were very clean and you can tell from the start that they know what they are doing. Going green was in my mind for a while but I wanted to do some research finding out what the best steps were to take. I wanted to get solar but we also needed to upgrade our ac system. We contacted a few ac companies to get estimates on the repair and then we found GIM. They were able to take care of the ac and solar as well as combine it into a loan so I had a low monthly payment for the work and did not have to put any money down. This was a great option for me and the system has been working great ever since. Very satisfied with this company and glad that I found them.

Great service!! These guys blew my expectations. My roof needed to be re done and I got multiple roof quotes before meeting with them for solar. When I met with them for solar they informed me that they could also take care of my roofing and include that in there financing program. This saved me a ton of money up front and I can pay off the loan at any time. They installed the roofing one day and the solar the next. My roof matches good with the new solar panels. They upgraded my electrical panel and even installed my ev outlet in the garage. Great company, great products, highly recommend.

I had GIM install solar and battery back up for my home. They had a consultant come to my home and provide me with a design of the solar panels on my roof. Their pricing was fairly reasonable, a little higher then a few others but they were selling a better warranty with higher quality panels so I chose to stick with them for that reason. I chose to go with their 20 year loan through a credit union. All the permits were handled by their team in house. The panels were on my roof within 45 days and they got me approved with the utility company quickly. Looks great no complaints!

Perfect timing and workmanship! I procrastinated getting solar installed all winter and decided to do other small things around the house, before you know it sun is out again. Little did I know ladwp takes a while to approve your installation so when I found out I would have to wait a little longer then I anticipated that didn't help. GIM stepped up and did all they could to push through our project to get approved for install. They got it turned on finally a few weeks ago after another long wait from dwp to install my net meter. Greatly satisfied!

When going solar I always thought leases where the best choice because it was zero down. I found out purchasing with a finance option was better then a lease. GIM had a great loan option with no money down. They explained to me how I would get the tax credit and any utility rebates as well complete ownership of the system. They got everything installed in a little under two months and I was very pleased with the install crew. They even showed me briefly how to turn it on and off so when the utility application was approved I got it switched on quick.

I thought going solar was going to be a hard process. So many companies and products to choose from. GIM offered a great price and talked about the installation procedure. What made me feel confident was that the salesman detailed out how the system is installed and insured me everything would be done properly. They painted all the pipes, there was no damage to the walls, and you could not even tell they walked on the roof. My bill has been lowered and I now understand how solar saves you money. Cheers!

My experience with Gimenergy was an easy process. They sent a salesman to my home and he was very informational. He answered all of our questions and explained the different finance options they offered. We decided to go with a 20 year loan term. The system was installed a few months ago and we are very happy how it is operating. They installed an inverter on each panel so we do not have a big inverter on the wall. At the end we got a Nest doorbell installed and now we are starting to turn our home into a smart home! Thank you!

The team at GIM di a good job from start to finish. They had better pricing on a premium product for both solar and battery. The installers kept the process clean. The next day after installation inspection passed. We had to wait for about 10 days for PG&E to allow us to turn on the system.
