Very pleased with the customer service provided by EcoMark throughout the entire process of installing our solar system. They handled all of the approval/coordination with our HOA and utility company, making it easy. Everyone we worked with at EcoMark has been a pleasure to interact with. Project manager was very good at communicating the progress regularly. We added an additional panel late in the project and EcoMark was able to update the plan fast without issue.

This is the second company I spoke with but the most knowledgeable. Even though I didnt have many questions they still gave me info on things I wasn't aware of. I loved being in the loop from start to finish on the project and having my input taken into account and having some small things reworked to my liking. I had an enjoyable experience with the solar installation process. Any issue or question was promptly explained to me. Jake came out and thoroughly explained how the system operates, including online and external evaluation process. I would definitely refer Ecomark Solar for friends. By the way, at no time from beginning to end of the installation process was I in the dark. Finally after installation, they cleaned up the area.

We are overall very happy with Ecomark, but I do think your salespeople could be more forthcoming on 2 issues: 1) critter guard. This turned out to be quite necessary for us, and according to techs who installed the panels and followed up, that was predictable. 2) Nest install (or lack thereof). The salesperson said it would be installed for us, but it turned out we had to.

Ellen, the sales rep, was on time, and took her time explaining the benefits of solar. She insured all our questions were answered. We started the process in late April. By mid July our solar was up and operational once the permits were received. Everything went super fast. The installers were on time, courteous, and worked quickly. Jake was on time and made sure all our questions were answered for the final setup appointment. Very pleased with the process so far.

I loved the house I purchased in Greeley as soon as I saw it and loved it more when I saw it had solar panels. I've only lived here a month but I haven't had to pay for any electricity and I use the A/C 24/7. It's nice to think that I purchased a house with such a valuable asset and so friendly to the environment. Jake B came out to my house to help me become acquainted with the system and he's been very helpful & knowledgeable.

We live in Meridian Ranch and were unaware we were able to get solar due to HOA. Once we approached Ecomark they told us how they work and an HOA can not stop us. We looked further into them and they have a no pressure attitude with their sales which to us is a selling point. When we said go with the project it was a totally hands off deal. They called with weekly updates and were very punctual with install and hook up. This is a great company and recommend them to anyone.

Ecomark Solar was great to do business with. All employees from the install team, to the engineers and all project coordinators/managers were very helpful and nice. I received emails every time the project moved to the next phase so I always knew the exact step the project was at. All of the employees I had contact with were willing to answer any question I had and they were genuinely concerned to answer my question correctly even if they had to call another employee. Overall I had a great experience with Ecomark Solar and I would recommend them to anyone looking to go Solar, especially since they are a Colorado based company.

All of the staff that I have worked with at EcoMark has been very nice and accommodating. The product seams to be of very good quality and the installation process was professional. Two areas that I see for improvement are the length of the process from start to finish was over five months. The other was in communication during that time. I would recommend more and better communication with a backup to insure communication is happening to the level and expectation of the customer.

Sales rep was very good and thoroughly explained everything and helped with the paperwork. Communication was good throughout the process, although a redesign was what caused a breakdown in communication. The install went great, but there was a delay in communication with the city of Longmont. Once the inspection was completed, the process went quickly. Longmont approved the project and the now 2 way meter has been working. All in all we are happy with our solar project and thank Ecomark for their hard work overcoming issues. Once the town of Firestone okayed the project, it took two days to install the panels. It would have been a day, but rain kept the project from being completed. It then took another week for the town to inspect the work. Two days later the power company installed a meter and the house began using solar.
