All aspects of the project, from the dedicated sales person, to the installation and the activation of the system went smoothly and on schedule. Communications were thorough, professional and our questions were answered promptly without excuses. The past two years the solar panel array has produced without problem and exceeded our expectations in reducing our monthly Xcel electric bill significantly. Xcel's solar rate credit system can be difficult to understand how it works and Xcel can be slow in getting to your property to swap the meter out so the system can be fully activated by Atlasta.
