Received false information about the state tax rebate. Promises were made and not kept. We were told that they would monitor the system even though we have no internet. They haven't been back to check on it. When they called us to ask for a referral we explained our situation and were told that they would come out and do a maintenance check. They said they would call us back to schedule. We haven't seem or heard from them since.
