There are issues with the equipment and I'm not happy. I think that Better Earth needs to really look into their practices. The amount of panels they put on my roof were not right, and now I'm paying for those.With the electricity bill, it really didn't helped to lower it.

system had trouble working from the start. Pressure sell of their product. Pyramid scheme. They say they monitor the system for production but they don't. I had to call them and tell them it was not working.

“ No Known Industry Certifications
Despite the company’s executive-level expertise, Better Earth Solar does not appear to have any solar industry-recognized certifications from either the National Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) or the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).
Certifications from these organizations imply a solar provider is adhering to high installation standards and best practices.”
This says it all. The customer service of this Company lacks the necessary trained staff to deal with customers issues. Ms Ayana C., Manager of Customer Experience is a terrible handler of customer concerns. Their lack of intra-coordination exposes their inefficiencies. The only reason I gave them 2 Stars is their tech crew, especially Rory, is the saving grace. I will not be surprised if Rory leaves for another more professional company and gets promoted. He has empathy and have done what he promised in the past. Kudos to Rory! So beware when dealing with Better Earth. Do not say you were not warned ahead of time.
