Have had nothing but trouble with with Prism TV since 3 months after we got it. That trouble continues after having Prism give us excuses and having 5 techs out to figure out what is happening. We have had it and will be getting rid of it as soon as we find a program that will work with our on line service. DON'T GET PRISM TV.

Century link was terrible when we had it. The WiFi never worked, the DVR stopped recording shows, and the remotes wouldn’t stop when we tried to fast forward. Even when we wanted to cancel, the associates would not call us back and refused to help us for months. They kept trying to keep us on their service when we specifically asked to be taken off. We were charged after we were off the service and was a major inconvience. Overall, I don’t recommend Century Link as we had a terrible experience and caused us a major headaches for months.

Nothing but problems. Continued digital break up, remote is overly complicated. Modem had to be replaced, router had to be replaced all in the first year! Not worth the savings!

Prism formatting is is a nightmare especially no segregating of recorded shows from 2 different viewers. The rest of the channel guide is a mess. Direct TV has the best system!

TV cable is just cost a lot price problem. Lies too much, even I have a confirmation to guarantee my price being lock, end up I still paid way too much for my TV cable bill. Don't trust what they promise,

Terrible customer service. Everyone I spoke with told me something else. So frustrating. I was changing cable/internet service and I ended up cancelling after 30 days and I lost my old phone number and never got set up on internet or phone.

Service into our home was awful, channel selection was bad and customer service to cancel was the most frustrating. Over 40 hours on the phone with them over a 4 month time period and it took them 2 months just to turn off our service. They never have credited us for that 2 months. NEVER AGAIN!
