We felt there was too little information regarding the company's warranties. Urban Exterior Co. does offer warranties on both its labor and materials, but it's unclear if these are lifetime warranties or limited lifetime warranties.

We are also unsure about the terms and conditions, so we can't say precisely what kind of coverage you'll be getting. It would be nice if Urban Exterior Co. provided this information upfront so that consumers can at least get an idea of what kind of coverage they'll have.

Additionally, there wasn't much information about the company's exact service area.
