Exterior pros came to my house for an estimate for a new roof. I was expecting to pay out of pocket for the whole job, but they were able to find hail damage that two other companies said nothing about. They had someone there while my insurance company came to look. Kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The roof went so smooth that i also had them come out and replace 5 windows. Again, well informed throughout the process. Everything turned out amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Exterior Pros felt like having conversations with friends. The planning process was fun and exciting. The project was completed beyond expectation. When they followed up after, it was friendly and nice to hear from them.

Exterior Pros was great to work with from the start. From the initial decision making and ordering to the installation. Everyone was on time, the install crew was great, friendly, respectful, and answered my questions when asked. The main thing I asked of them was to keep me in the loop on things, when the install crews truck broke down it sounded like they weren’t going to be out that day, but they were, and finished the job. When I get around to finishing the rest of my windows, I’m sure going to call them, they make the process easy and worry free. One last thing, contacting the office is great, either via the online form or phone call, they all seem so nice and responsive, I never had to wonder if or when they would get back to me or not. Thanks to everyone that had their hand in getting my windows and patio door put in, it is really appreciated.

Exterior Pros helped us with an eyebrow window we had in our roof. It was rotting and since it was a specialty, hand crafted window, we had plenty of contractors look at it and turn us away. Luckily by using “Ang” (Angie’s list) I came across exterior pros. I finally decided we needed to go big to get the help. I very nice rep came out (Cody). They agreed to help us. We decided to replace a few other windows along with the eyebrow window. First of all, I have to say the company is run by a husband (Doug) and wife (Steph) that communicate and work very well together. The people that work for them comment on how well they run the business that has been around for many years. They came out and measured the window(s) and had the eyebrow window custom made. It was at least 2500$ just for that window as far as I remember. The price of all of it was very reasonable and they offered no interest financing. When the installation day came we ran into some big problems. The frame was so rotted that the window could not be mounted. The window would not fit unless they reframed the custom window. Doug offered 2 options. One included redoing my entire roof! The roof was old and was within 5 years of really needing replacement this would mean closing the hole where the window was would need new shingles and would not match my old shingles. The cost of the window frame had us going with the new roof. Of course since we had not planned this I was worried about cost. Steph and Doug made it all super easy and offered very good pricing. It was all done with in 1 week from the bump in the road to the finished project. Doug came out to show us the different shingles and we set a date. The roof install took 1 day! Amazing. The workers were respectful of my landscaping and were very nice. I can’t say enough good things! Overall 10/10!

Wonderful work! Quote was acceptable, sales rep recommended a great product, delivery was on time, tear down and install in 1 day, remarkable and no plants were injured that day 😀 Would recommend to friends and neighbors, quality work.

My wife and I purchased a greenhouse window from Exterior Pros for installation in our kitchen. We had purchased one years ago and it proved to be a disappointing purchase; the materials were inferior and the window had to be replaced. We consulted with several companies, but Exterior Pros clearly seemed the best option in both the quality of their product and the professional installation they promised. Without hyperbole, we are over the moon with how much we love the window! The installation was performed efficiently and perfectly, and the window is of a much higher quality than our previous one. We are so happy we decided to go with Exterior Pros for this home upgrade.

After checking out their booth at a County Fair over the summer, I was impressed by Exterior Pros and their offerings - specifically for roofing which we were considering replacing. Set up an appointment for the following week (in August) with Mike S. He walked us through our different options and was willing to answer all our questions and run a couple scenarios for quotes. We met again a couple weeks later to commit on one option. Exterior Pros would have come out to do it in November (only about 2 months later), but we requested it for April for our own reason. No problem, they were happy to be flexible. Come April, they notified of us their intent to come out and gave us several options for a day to come out and do the roof tear-off and replace. Took a single day and there was minimal debris in the year. (By comparison, my neighbor did a roof replace the previous year and we found debris in our yard for months afterwards!). There was some minor bubbling of the gutter protectors once it heated up enough in May. I gave them a call to ask about it and they had someone come out a couple days later. The service call fixed up the issue the same day and I have not had any issues since then. New roof looks great. Had a smooth experience with all individuals that I spoke with during all steps of the process. I definitely recommend Exterior Pros and plan to contact them for future housing projects.

We had our windows replaced in our home. The technician was very clean and professional and you cannot even tell that we had work done on the house. Would highly recommend this company for any repairs that you may need or upgrades that you were thinking about doing

Great job! Complete tear off, gutters, down spouts and gutter cover. Looks awesome. Fixed some existing problems under the old roof w/o any upcharge. Crew of 6 with supervisor. Done in a day. Cleaned up the yard like they were never. Highly recommend!

Fast and professional installation of our new patio door. Had a few minor issues that after installation that was quickly resolved with no major problems. Absolutely loving our new patio door. Very polite and professional service from beginning to end.

The work was completed in a timely manner and was done great! The only thing I had a problem with was the guys not being on time both days but one of them did stay late to finish the project for me which was great.

I had my garage roof redone 2 years ago. It was done in one day while I was at work. I left the house in the morning with an old roof and came home to a new one. Everything was cleaned up and the roof looks great.
