Sat 4-13-24 ERIE ROOFS installed our New IKO, Dynasty, 30-year Roof... From start to finish, we could not have had a harder working, more skilled crew than who installed our new roof. I was very pleased to see them using nails instead of those cheap staples so many roofers are using to cut their co$t.. and while I feel the co$t was high, I guess being 74-years old makes everything over-priced; but like the old saying goes; “You get what you pay for!” I will say, if their warranty ends up as good as their workmanship, I should never have to worry about my roof again, ever!!! Seriously speaking, it was a true pleasure having these folks on our property and doing the outstanding job they did for us.. (To completely tear off the entire old roof, down to the decking, installing a much better vapor barrier, (vs the old roofing felt) installing Water-&-Ice on the edges, hips and valleys, and any roof with under a 3-12 pitch, followed with their shingles, and all in one day! (These folks don’t less grass grow under their feet). My wife and I did find a few nails scattered around the yard, that they missed, but with the amount of shingles, nails, roofing felt, and steeples they removed, I guess that’s almost expected.. I believe I may have missed some myself, the last time I re-shingled the house.) I cannot give them a higher recommendation, and they certainly earn and deserve all FIVE STARS!!! THANKS again to ERIE Roofing, and especially the hard working crews they are Blessed with!!!

Lucas and his crew just finished up my basement re-waterproofing and air quality improvement job a few days ago. They did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful concerning my specific basement needs. Lucas explained every step of the process as the job progressed and answered all of my questions. He addressed my concerns right away and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. The whole crew, I wish I had their names so I could give them credit for their care of my property, professional attitude and hard work. I was very impressed with the whole process with Erie Home and would recommend them to anyone needing solutions for their basement.

Erie Home roofers called me as soon as I asked for a quote. They arrived the next day to assess my situation, gave me a quote and started building the next week. With the weather conditions we were having, they still managed to get the roof replaced within 2 days!

Two representatives came to our home and evaluated the condition of our roof both outside and inside. No one has ever been so thorough!!! Price was high, but the warranty seems worth it. They arrived at 8 am and were finished before 2 pm!!! The crew was exceptionally fast and competent. Our only issue was the water diverter above front porch; the job boss did not want to fix it properly, even though it was there before! After I posted a blistering review , I spoke with a higher level administrator who got the job done right. So far, roof looks great; we found some nails in yard and on driveway. Overall, good work!!!

We really wanted to rate 4.5 but let me summarize: - Overall process was generally pretty good - Free estimate - Accepted the project after much deliberation - Laid out the project scope - Confirmed project, materials - Good communication before the actual project We decided to replace our old shingled roof with a textured metal roof. So it would require a complete tear-off. - Gutter considerations caused some concern - Dumpster coordination slightly botched by third party - Good communication during the project - Delayed starting work day to accommodate our schedules - Professional, worked quickly and diligently (1-2 day estimate ended up as a 1 day project) - protected the windows with large boards, laid down tarps to contain the mess as best as they could - no major messes left behind (even though we found some nails throughout the yard the next couple of days) - final payment was a little hassle because credit card portion of the payment was either "write it on paper" or "take it over the phone" Apparently their default process for this is to write down the card number (on a piece of paper) and run it later, but also apparently they have a lot of people (unsurprisingly) refuse to do this, so it seems like a point of friction that Erie can improve in the future. I wanted to put some on the credit card for some of those sweet points. After the project: - communication was good from my project manager, but pretty bad from the marketing/follow-up survey department (this is the 4th survey sent, no follow-up communication when questions were asked, their supposed vendor birdeye has a URL that I scanned and a particular vulnerability came up so I opted not to fill that one out) We really got it for the 100 year guarantee* on the metal roof.

The installers did a great job, very professional in their work and cleanup was outstanding. Great warranty and I would highly recommend them. I plan on calling them back in the next few years to replace the roof on the one story side of our home. side of our home

Had my roof done in February and after some strong storms, it's still looking brand new. They have great communication, very knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I have a steep roof with many peaks and they did a wonderful job, also had it done in 3 days.

Erie Home served us well with replacing our roof in a timely mannor with a long lasting fiberglass shingle instead of the traditional asphalt shingle with a great warrentee! The crew that worked on our home was very impressive, very thorough and expedient!

Erie Home did a great roof install at our residence. The quality of work was exceptional. Workers were professional and well trained at their craft. Extremely pleased with the end product. Roof is already the talk of the neighborhood. Added that “POP” factor to our home.

Erie Homes was great. Ty and Chris shared the information about roofs in a clear and precise way. I love the high quality of the roofing materials and the standards they hold their workers to when placing the roof. Mike called me each step of the way, so I was prepared when the roofing supplies showed up. I even got calls after the beautiful roof was done. Amazing job!

I absolutely love the new roof, it looks great! My only negative about it is that I'm still cleaning up parts from the old roof out of the yard( nails, shingles...). I have not had any problems with leaks or shingles lifting off the new roof in any of the weather. It's been GREAT!

Everything was delivered in advance. The crew arrived, was very professional and completed my roof in about 4 hours and then spent over half an hour cleaning up everything.
