Ended up canceling... After signing a contract everything went radio silent. Once 3 weeks had past I attempted several times to get a hold of someone to figure out what was goin on with the project. When someone finally called me back they said the hold up was the city dragging their feet on getting the permit going. I thought that sounded strange so emailed the city and High Definition Solar had not even applied for a permit!!! Now they want a 30% cancelation fee?...? Ha! I will go to court if I must; but definitely do not trust this company to do anything to my roof... Be warned! Go anywhere else for solar
