I live in Wilmington,N.C.and had Baker Roofing installed a new roof in May 2013. I currently have two leaks in my master bedroom ceiling. I called the local office for warranty repairs and was routed to the Raleigh location. I was told I would be put on a list. I asked when will the repairs start and they couldn't give me any time frame. When I asked for a temporary tarp I was told they have limited man power. Now I'm waiting for the next rain to collapse my ceiling. Baker Roofing was the highest of five estimates for a new roof. The sales person sold me on the customer service. I made a huge mistake! Baker roofing can't even call me back with answers.
