From the first encounter with a sales agent until the last email containing a warranty, every part of my roof replacement was exemplary. The sales agent was at my side from the beginning examination of the roof to the last city inspection. Calls and queries were answered the same day. The condition of the roof, the nature of the fixes, the cost considerations, and dealing with insurance agents was continuously addressed, explained and updated. The work crew that actually did the roof replacement was well managed, courteous, hard working, and extremely patient with the parking situation in my area. The processing of billing and main office support was simple and straight forward. I wish every renovation and house repair company were as good as Bulldog. A job well done.
