I like how easy it is to maneuver around zillow site, the pictures etc. are great. down side is they don't always keep up to date with properties that are sold, or just put on the market.

We found the good thing about Zillow is that they give you an updated appraisal on homes so that you can see their worth. The bad thing about Zillow is that homes that sell are not taken off and so in that way it is not updated often making it hard to know if the house you are looking at is still for sale.
