Realtor.com was great when we started looking for homes. The inventory was vast and the app was easy to use as well.

I have been using Realtor.com for many years. I see now that they are allowing "time shares" without giving consumers the option to opt out of viewing those. Buyers look at the site and some unsuspecting consumers do not read the fine print but rather think they are getting a steal on a big home. I'm done with Realtor.com and will now switch to another site that separates the time shares. I'm smart enough to know that when I see a very low price on a big house that it is a time share. Common Realtor.com you can do much better.

I purchase leads from Realtor.com and they are horrible they are sold to 10 agents that end up calling the same client who is upset after getting all those calls from RE. I tried cancelling and they are still charging my account a year later apparently I have to cancel every year in January or it will keep on renewing! WTF I guess Realtor.com is despread for money they don't know what cancellation means! !!

I’ve had the app for over a year. Recently it quit updating homes within my chosen area. I don’t know what’s going on but if I can’t see new homes on the market I don’t need the app. Right now I’m just wasting space in my phone.

Realtor.com is a great place to search homes for sale across the country. I love that it allows users to search by state too. But, it's only good if you have a realtor to act on your behalf ( No, I'm not a realtor. I liken realtors to used car sales people). If you indicate interest in a property on the Realtor.com platform expect to get side railed with middle people and the realtors on rotation waiting to steer you their way.

Decent site. Most of the data is up to date. The maps are good and have property lines which I think is key when looking at properties. Property taxes are nice to look at too.

A bunch of very interesting options. If you sign up with a bunch of them though, then they will assume you already have property even if you're just looking for a rental and will start asking after about a year if you want to sell your property.

I researched a property on Realtor.com only to find that the information was not exactly correct. Who did have the correct info was Zillow. Although I did not pursue this sale, it left me questioning the accuracy of these listing on the various Real Estate websites.

It’s really just okay. There isn’t anything horribly bad or good about it. I don’t use it because I typically use Zillow or Trulia because I find they have easier access to the information I’m seeking and it’s already at my fingertips in the form of an aesthetically pleasing app.

I have not been as pleased with Realtor.com as I have been with other real estate apps. They often fail to keep their information up to date. Their descriptions often contain too little information and when I listed a home to sell, they really messed up the pictures. I rarely use them anymore. I truly hope they will improve in the future.

Realtor.com publishes information that is no longer viable. Then they shoot your information off to realtors who pay to get leads....then you are called and tested by strangers who have little to no knowledge and it never stops....do your research...call a local realtor meet with the person, and then decide if you want to sue them. Realtors are a dime a dozen, and they are worse than used car salesmen.

Realtor is another great resource like Zillow and Trulia, but does often have out of date data (homes have already sold, are slightly different geo, etc.). The user interface is ok, but seems more mid-2010s. As a free MLS data aggregator it’s a good addt’l option.

Signed up with Realtor.com for leads in February. Paid upfront right under $3000 for the year. Thus far I received 6 leads. 2 answered right away with STOP to not receive any messages from me right away. 2 were an inquire about renting or renting to own the property. One actually replied to me contacting her with a runaround to mortgage lenders and she's not anywhere close to qualify in the next year to be gracious. Last one, no response whatsoever... I keep trying because each lead is so freaking expensive but seriously the biggest CRAP I have paid $$$ for! Don't just walk away from this, RUN!

The site gives a ballpark figure of property value and not even close to actual appraisal. They are overpriced and realtors seem to make up a price as they go. Their information is very misleading.
