I lost estimate 6000k due to their mistakes. No rental increase for 3 years, no co-applications by all adults, no property check for 3 years, only one security deposit not collected. Blocking phone and email address. Unprofessional as you can imagine! Onalaska WI is the worst real estate company I've ever experienced 😑

David P our help to find and buy a new house in Austin, Texas was not helpful, friendly, and OUR house looking was dictated around driving his daughter to concerts, his dinners with his friends, and overall he was a day late getting our offer in and we were out of our dream house. Berkshire should axe him!

Their property management division is less than pathetic. Their non interest in doing their job along with an indifferent attitude toward the owners that pay them is stunning. I wouldn’t hire them again to manage a dog house.

Very Unprofessional. Used for property management. Does not keep up the property, vendors used have continually done substandard work or tried to bill for work never completed. in my view fails as an adequate steward of someone's property.

Unethical and incompetent. Beware! I am not at liberty to discuss details but I had a real disaster in my experience dealing with an agent in tge Cumming GA office. I would not trust them with rentals or home purchasing. Their lack if response in my case is appalling.

Works with unlicensed - unsavory real estate investors. Slummy properties. Person showing the property didn't know much about it. Kind of uppity. Tried to work with them but gave up. Investor whose house I looked at I googled & found she was listed as being convicted of Mortgage Fraud.

Dishonest and unethical. If you're selling your home for sale by owner beware! We had made a deal with our buyers prior to the company getting involved and then they came in and said they were going to write the deal and try to push up the commission fourfold. I'm currently using this real estate company and they are awful. Incredibly rude and lazy. I'm doing work that they are getting paid to do. When I tried to contact the company regarding my concerns, I did not hear a peep back from them. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
