After our pool chiller stopped working in the heat of the summer, gave AS&P a call based on all of the great reviews and Cullen came through and got us back up and running. I recently had a warranty issue with my Pentair IntelliFlo3 Pump.
American Spa and Pool was assigned my case by Pentair. They quickly scheduled my service appointment, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got me taken care of!
My warranty technician was Jordan. And he provided outstanding warranty service on my IntelliFlo3 pump. He was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to the background on the issue, my troubleshooting, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Little did we know that another component would fail the very next day. He returned promptly to replace the defective part, and his attitude never changed. He was just as friendly, upbeat, and committed to making things right on the second visit as he was on the first. Fingers crossed we are al set going forward.
It's refreshing to work with a technician who is not only technically skilled but also genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service. Jordan is a true professional and represents American Spa & Pool exceptionally well. If you need pool service or warranty work, I highly recommend Jordan and the entire team at American Spa & Pool!

Have had Dale maintain our pool filter for years now, and have used ASAP for all my equipment repairs and replacements. Dale is great, does a fabulous job and am always glad he is the tech assigned!

They installed our pool heater a few years ago and after last year's freeze, it stopped working. I called American and they checked it out and fixed it in 10 minutes. I feel like they could have charged me for some made up part repair, but were honest about it. Getting harder to find honesty these days. The tech Mgr Cody came to clean my filter and did an unbelievable job cleaning it and the pool, which had a mold problem starting. So happy all is ready for the grandkids!!!
