The technician was very helpful , he patiently showed my dad and me the areas that mice are coming in to the home and was good at explaining things , he even went above and beyond by taking a snake out of the basement without letting me see it , he was very sweet about it

Utilized Flex Pest these last few weeks to help get some mice problems under control and generally manage the pest chaos around our house. Oliver did a ton of work helping to pest proof the house, and Sebastian showed up to give us initial treatments about a week later. Zach was fantastic! He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. While completing our service, he noticed an issue and made a point to bring it to my attention, explain what he found, and let me know what he had done before leaving.
