Technician was very personable and explained what he was doing today. He also worked with my lawn person as he noticed him there to check for possible interactions with the chemicals they were both using which I greatly appreciated the concern. He was informative as to his arrival to let me know, giving me time to let my dogs out before all the chemicals were sprayed. I appreciated his prompt service and polite and informative service.
