Julian was here today. Cant tell you how great his job was. Such a pleasure to have him. I watched him with my cameras and he took care of every nook and cranny. Extremely professional. Very knowledgeable. Informed me of things I didn't know. Hope to get him for next service. Not that I think others would do a great job. But he was such a pleasure .

Just had my initial service today, so I can't say for sure how treatment will go but the staff I have talked to so far have all been amazing! They have been so patient with all of my questions and having to reschedule due to an issue with my bank. I'll come back for sure to update the control of pests after a few weeks.
Sebastian was super nice and very thorough with going through the home and yard.

We have used Flex for 5 years or longer. Always had excellent service. Today’s visit was not a very desirable experience. However I gave the young man that came 4 out of 5 stars because he was very kind and done what I asked. I wasn’t very happy with his service. He didn’t clear out spider webs and spray on the back patio. I went out with my dog shortly after he left and I had never seen spider webs anywhere in the past left like that. I swept it out with the broom and sprayed up under the brick and a black window came out. Of course I killed it. About 2 hours later I went out and sprayed that area again and another one came out. I killed it. Now I’m freaking out. I have contacted them by email and requested a return ASAP. I have enough faith in them to fix this issue immediately. I’ve never had to worry about them failing in the past. I’ve seen these employees walk every foot of my large yard and spray around the fence, the storage building the wood pile. Not this guy. I think he’s probably not trained well or maybe don’t care. I can assure you they are worthy of praise as a rule and I would 100% refer them to any one needing this type of service. I’m certain this will be remedied immediately.

I cannot recommend Flex Pest Control enough! Ricky came out and truly went the extra mile for us. We were having a heavy ant issue, and he took the time to educate me on his process, treated our entire house, and even knocked down all the webs and wasp nests around the property. Before he left, I even got to physically watch the ants carry off the bait!
We also have a bottle calf, and Ricky went above and beyond to make sure she was safe, along with all of the other animals we have in the backyard. 10/10 service and experience. Highly recommend Flex Pest Control and Ricky!
