Ray was the technician that came out and took care of my home. He was very professional and even called me to ask if he could stop by earlier! He was willing to wait on me to get back home before he started.
He was very thorough in his explanation of what he did and what to expect. I was even told what to do in the future if I noticed pests!
Overall great experience, minus the door to door sales pitch. I didn't really like that however it worked. I am glad I took the opportunity to listen to what Carlos had to say. He was also very professional.
I would rate a 4.5 stars out of 5 just because of the door to door part.

I appreciate the EVO does what they say they'll do. Since starting our service with EVO, we no longer see spiders in the house, and I'm not greeted with a huge web in my face when I walk out the door. The red wasps no longer find my porch attractive, and I can sit out there without worrying about being run off by angry wasps. Of course, I really love that I dont have to pay an arm and a leg to get rid of the critters. EVO is very economical, and so worth the investment!
