Doxo had a great document file cabinet service. Then it discontinued that service without any notice their customers who might want to retrieve some important documents before never ever again having access to them. This is a great example of how to infuriate customers.

Currently, our most affordable option is paying by ACH (debiting directly from your checking/savings account), as opposed to paying by credit or debit card. Bill pay reminders are always free, as well!

Additionally, with a doxoPLUS subscription, all payments you make via your bank account are completely free. We hope you'll give us a try.

Spectrum has never even heard of doxo and it paid my payment toward my ex husbands bill instead of mine! Why would you pay through a third company extra money when you could just pay 🖥spectrum !
