Annual subscription was taken after I cancelled my trial membership, 9 days before the trial ended. Emails were ignored. No refund as yet. Taking this money from my account will incur charges for me.

These guys are scammer. The website itself is pretty poorly made and the selection of courses is rather poor. Once you enter your credit card info you can not remove it.
