Users cannot share their access or course materials with other people. The company recommends that users recommend their family, friends, and colleagues to sign up for a course themselves.
Returns and Refunds
GoSkills users who choose not to use the software for the term are not entitled to a refund of money paid for the subscription.
Additionally, GoSkills courses cannot be returned or transferred. Paying customers may request a refund and GoSkills will consider it, but there is no guarantee that the company will refund your money.
The only exception to the policy is for customers in the European Union (EU). EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day of purchase. But this currently only applies to those who have purchased via Reed UK.
