Don Markland, CEO and founder, began the company with over two decades of experience in marketing, sales, business strategy, and personalized coaching. Coach Don M and Accountability Now are Gems that are hard to find in a coaching world, where many businesses and coaches are trying to get the most money for the minimal amount of expertise and service. The course participants are a versatile mix of people who are all coming together to learn how to re-learn marketing and sales. Bringing a high charge of positive energy, which is due to Don's talent to set and facilitate the meetings in this way. The content of the sessions is well structured and the video recordings are helpful to recapitulate and repeat. Don is bringing incredible value and making good use of the time that is available. I haven't been in touch with all of the staff at Accountability Now but between Don M and his assistant, the assumption can be made that the rest of the team is similarly dedicated to delivering outstanding performance. I appreciate Don's efforts and am grateful to have found an orange amidst the lemons in the coaching industry.

Don had some good suggestions in the Noomii sales academy, but his focus was very much on the American market. Other countries around the world use more subtle sales techniques, and for me specifically, authenticity is paramount especially in the coaching industry. There was too much "I'm the greatest coach" language for the way I work, and I know that approach would be off-putting to many of my clients.
