Southern New Hampshire University strives for innovation in higher education. Innovation eventually inspired the private, nonprofit university to branch out into online education. Today, the 3,000 on-campus students are joined by over 30,000 online students. SNHU is a uniquely created hybrid for those seeking to obtain a post-secondary education. The 300 acre campus is meant to help those looking for a more traditional education. The five regional centers meet the needs of students who need a taste of the on-campus assistance while being unable to receive an on-campus education. The online experience is intended to make a post-secondary education more accessible and flexible. SNHU has received a number of national awards for the education they provide for a variety of students. There are over 200 programs that meet the needs of a growing population of students. Innovation drives SNHU to pursue new frontiers in the realm of education, and the education it provides is no different.
