Not sure if everyone does it they way not even sure if my windows are good or not, it's hard to see a bill go down when our utilities constantly climb but that's not WN"s fault I just don't track it like I should. Also, I bought sliders 1 window as opposed to buying 2 but wouldn't rexommend them. I feel for the price I should have a new sliding door or front door thrown in.

First, one of the windows was not measured and a random one was used until the correct one came it. Once it was in they put the window in too far and the window slammed down now. When I tried to call back it was nearly impossible to ahold of anyone. Once the install was done and the payments set. It’s like I never existed. Horrible customer service.
