Blaine Lambert came to our house measured our garage windows with grids,took them out and replaced them with clear low E glass without grids he was very efficient cleaned up his work area cleaned the glass left my house looking much better than it was

I worked with Dylan and while things were mostly good, communication was slow and I was often following up trying to get updates. The windows installed are great and they were able to complete installation within just 2 days. Overall a good experience but the slow communication is what stops me at giving 5 stars.

I want to update my earlier review. I had my one kitchen window and sliding door replaced last fall (2025) because a recent addition of a carport under the kitchen window reflected terrible heat into the kitchen the summer of 2025. The carport was not done by the Brokerage. Our patio door was 50 years old so we decided to update the door and window to a good energy-saving kind. Wow! Now we are into a record-breaking summer heat, and our kitchen is so noticeably cooler than ever! My summer thermostat was never set above 72 and our kitchen has always been hot, even before the carport. Now it’s set at 75, and it feels wonderful! We are so happy! Best decision ever!!
