I’ve had my windows and patio door installed in two phases several years apart. I’ve been pleased with this product in terms of the installation process all the way to usage for years! I was having a problem with the patio lock and the company sent a tech out quickly to fix it.

Unfortunately I have been trying to get Anderson to fix windows installed badly for 3 years. Their own representatives come out and cringe at the bad quality and yet the problems only get worse. I wanted to love my windows especially at 50k!

Pella is well reputed company for home windows setup . I decided to choose them for replacing my old windows from the house and they had done very swift and clean job. The installation process is handled by their professional craftsman and the quality of windows and their aesthetic look is very pleasing to look at.

We were told that our single window (replacement for tornado damage) would arrive on 8/9. On 8/9, I inquired about arrival. They told me it would now be 9/6. No communication whatsoever prior. I indicated that this would delay our repairs and they needed to find a better solution. No respond to my email. After another email, on 8/21, I got a call indicating the window would arrive on 8/29, which we can work with. Communication...the key to customer satisfaction.
