They offer an all inclusive package type deal where they handle all the logistics from drop off and pick a 20’ container from where you’re moving out of to pick up and deliver to your new home in another island. You will need your own padlock. If u need a ramp to load and unload those are BOTH separate prices on top of the fees to ship. Cheap NO but it does help they handle all logistics. Drop off was on time however pick up after I loaded did not happen as scheduled. I am unsure why. Communications could be better with making sure someone has a padlock, need ramp etc. this is only my experience from drop off and me loading. It hasn’t shipped yet so I’m hoping I get another chance to give feedback.

We had 3 moving companies recommended for our recent move from the mainland to Maui. We chose Wailea Movers and Storage for a number of reasons starting with our first interaction with company. Edward answered the phone with a very positive attitude and knew how to answer all of our questions. He set up a video review of our existing home and discussed the details of everything that needed to be moved. Our logistics coordinator, Daniela, was absolutely fantastic. She found top notch companies to crate our treasured artwork, an amazing team of packers who treated our belongings and property with care and a trucking company who sent an amazing driver to bring in the 45 foot shipping container into a tight driveway and turn around. Our container arrived ahead of schedule. Once here we had some items delivered to where we are renting until we can buy a house. Until then, they are storing a majority of our items at their storage facility. Everything has gone smooth thanks to all the highly capable and customer focused folks involved in what I think was a complicated move. I highly recommend Edward and his team at Wailea Movers and Storage.

Service and communication every step of the way was top notch. These guys work hard and fast! Kaohu (sp?) and Donald not only saved our backs, but saved us money too! Moved up from Waiehu to Lahaina, and competed the whole deal in 3 hours!

Used Wailea Movers for a quick move out. Only gave them a days notice. Two movers showed up with all the boxes and packaging needed. They were polite, respectful of my belongings, and efficient with the move. All communications were great. Was a little higher price than expected. But when moving fragile belongings, I'd rather pay a little more. Did I mention they were efficient? Had everything packed (professionally) in about half the time I expected. Thank you for making the move easy!
