We had the opportunity to collaborate with Wailea Movers & Storage on a move from Hawaii to Fallbrook, California, and they were excellent to work with. Their team handled the packing, shipping, and logistics on the Hawaii side and kept everything well coordinated throughout the process.
Communication was great, the transition between our teams was smooth, and most importantly, our customer’s belongings made it safely from Hawaii to California.
As a fellow moving company, we know how much coordination goes into a long distance move like this, and we really appreciated their professionalism and reliability. We’d absolutely work with Wailea Movers & Storage again and highly recommend them.

I hired movers to move some heavy furniture. They were very friendly and professional. Good communication. I had some very heavy furniture which I noted when I spoke to the representative on the phone. They sent 3 guys over and the furniture was still quite heavy so we had to help lift a corner when going up the stairs. My only complaint is that they asked for a tip at the end. Which for a $1350 bill is a lot when calculating a percentage and we ended up having to help lift! I know the tip economy has become somewhat normalized but it just seems excessive.

Used Wailea Movers for a quick move out. Only gave them a days notice. Two movers showed up with all the boxes and packaging needed. They were polite, respectful of my belongings, and efficient with the move. All communications were great. Was a little higher price than expected. But when moving fragile belongings, I'd rather pay a little more. Did I mention they were efficient? Had everything packed (professionally) in about half the time I expected. Thank you for making the move easy!
