Residential Moving
Home moves are the core of The Moving Guys’ business. The company is locally owned and operated and emphasizes attention to detail on every job, with licensed and fully insured crews handling the loading, transport, and unloading of household belongings.
Commercial Moving
For businesses, The Moving Guys offers a full suite of commercial moving and specialty transportation services. The company highlights flexible scheduling, competitive rates, and confidential handling for office and commercial relocations.
Mobile Storage and Warehousing
Customers who need extra time between homes can use the company’s mobile storage containers or its Central Jersey storage facility. A container is delivered to the customer’s location so they can pack on their own schedule; when it’s full, The Moving Guys can pick it up for warehouse storage, or the customer can keep it on site as long as needed. Moving labor is also available to help load and unload containers, and both short-term and long-term storage are offered.
Junk Removal Through a Sister Company
Through its sister company, The Junk Guys, The Moving Guys can arrange junk removal, cleanouts, and dumpster rentals. This is convenient for customers who want to clear out unwanted items before or after a move without hiring a separate, unrelated company.
Free Estimates
The Moving Guys provides free estimates with no obligation, so customers can get a quote for their move before committing.
The Bad
- New Jersey Focus
- No Published Pricing
New Jersey Focus
The Moving Guys describes its services as serving New Jersey customers from its Marlboro base. Customers planning a move that starts or ends outside the state should confirm availability and details directly with the company.
No Published Pricing
The company does not list rates on its website. Pricing for moves, storage, and junk removal is provided through a customized quote, so customers will need to request an estimate to compare costs.
The Bottom Line
The Moving Guys is a licensed and insured, locally owned mover in Marlboro, New Jersey, with more than 19 years in business. It handles residential and commercial moves, offers mobile storage containers and warehouse storage at its Central Jersey facility, and can arrange junk removal and dumpsters through its sister company, The Junk Guys.
