We moved across states with my mother in law - we did it ourselves and both my wife and I ended up with injuries and a lot of “wasted” time. Once we found my MIL an apartment we knew we weren’t going through that again and hired Swamp Rabbit Moving.
They responded to my request for a quote within an hour or so and got us onto their schedule within 2 days. Arrived on time and got all of the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment moved across town in just over two hours, getting everything assembled and placed where she wanted it.
We were very happy and would highly recommend - we just wish we could have used them for our cross state move (ours was too complicated).

I chose Swamp Rabbit for a long distance move (IL to SC) because they would provide everything through the entire move: 4-person crew drove to IL to load, drove back to SC, same crew unloaded in SC. They were stellar! We have moved numerous times all over the country, some good experiences & sometimes not. This move was easily the best. The crew worked well together & with me, were efficient, very capable, & so enjoyable. Could not have asked for a better crew or had a better moving experience!

I met Chris years ago through networking, sang the praises of his company for years and I was thrilled to be able to use Swamp Rabbit Moving for the first time in July 2026. The three guys who showed up were courteous, adjusted to the changes that I made and finished within the time period I requested. I packed and they moved my belongings with no damage.
