This company was recommended by a friend of mine who has used them extensively for moves as part of his old job - packing up and moving offices or labs. He had also used them for some personal moves and insisted that they did great work. They were everything he described - they were conscientious and thoughtful in the lead up as well as communicative and efficient on the day of. Additionally, they gave me the best estimate of any company I consulted before the move AND saved me more money off of my estimate on the day of the move because they finished ahead of schedule.
Kasey was super helpful in preparing my move and getting me an estimate. He worked with me over the phone and answered all of my questions and also followed up with me.

We moved within Norwalk. Several floors, 4 BR, with multiple stairs on both ends of the move. SM&D kept up a perfect level of communication throughout the entire process (pricing, planning, and execution of the move). I received several calls the week before to make sure that our packing was going along well and asking if we needed help. The process of pricing was easy and clear - all of the details were there. Highly recommend.
