4 stars. Was set to move Saturday and time got pushed back three times and then they had to cancel for Saturday all together and come back Sunday. I was upset so I canceled and rescheduled with another company. Then that company couldn’t come so I called smileys back to see could they still come out of desperation. Glad I did. They came back Sunday and got it done. I would say they helped me in a clutch but I was in the clutch due to them not being able to show up on Saturday. However they came through for me and got me moved in two hours. They handled with care were effective and efficient. The moving guys were all very nice. The main thing I had issues with was the lady I spoke to that did the booking. I was not a fan of how I was spoken to. I was made to feel like I was the bad guy for being upset when being upset was warranted. It may be a third party booking person the company uses who isn’t related to the actual moving people I’m not sure. If so that’s not really on smileys movers. So even though we got off on a bad foot .. I would still recommend smileys movers! I also appreciate how thankful they were for tip and snack bags. They really showed gratitude for the snacks and waters we had for them after their hard work which is rare these days. Thanks smileys movers

If you ever consider using a moving company I highly recommend smiley's, completely professional in every way! They ran a little behind in the arrival time. But that's okay, because the owner kept in contact with me the entire time. Letting me know that he was running behind and then when he was on his way. My move only took four and a half hours, and that's partially because my wife and I had everything packed, boxed up and ready to move when they arrived. Once they arrived, the owner did a walkthrough with me and started working immediately. You cannot blame smiley's for any additional time if you're not ready to rock and roll. Because they are ready. There was absolutely no downtime with them. Out of 3 working, only one worker stopped to take a very short break and the owner deducted that time. Smiley's is extremely professional. Not to mention honest, doing the move to my new home. There was a small niche in my wall. I had no clue but the owner brought it to my attention. It's nothing that a little mud & paint won't fix, easy fixable. My point is, they were honest to let me know. Mind you that was the only incident. The owner, deducted the cost for the damage with an already 10% discount on top of his already low rate, you cannot beat the competitive pricing of smiley's with any other moving company! FACTS. I recommend smiley's to everyone!

Smiley loaded pods for us and a Penske truck. They were great. They were extremely organized and made sure they used all the necessary space. I would definitely use them again.

I have used Smiley’s twice - both time they did an incredible job. They went above and beyond to get me moved. They are also very polite, and handled my delicate furniture with great care. I hope to not move again…but if I do, I will call Smileys!
