After the unexpected passing of my beloved aunt on December 21, 2025, I was left with the heartbreaking responsibility of sorting through her life, gathering her belongings, and clearing out my grandparents’ home for an out-of-state move. She had no children of her own, and as her only niece, this responsibility fell entirely on me. Mentally, emotionally, and physically, I was overwhelmed beyond words. I was grieving, exhausted, emotionally shattered, and struggling to function through one of the hardest seasons of my life. Then my friend Remy referred me to Shift It Moving LLC. From my very first conversation with Westley, I immediately knew I was in good hands. He wasn’t just knowledgeable and experienced — he was compassionate, patient, understanding, and incredibly kind during a time when I truly needed grace the most. For nearly THREE MONTHS leading up to my move on May 8th and May 9th, Westley stayed in communication with me, checked on my progress, reassured me, and helped guide me through a moving process that felt impossible. I had to reschedule FOUR TIMES due to emotional stress and delays, and not once did he make me feel bad, pressured, or charge me extra. That level of professionalism and humanity is rare today. One of the things that impressed me most was the state-of-the-art technology Shift It Moving LLC uses. Westley conducted a full virtual walkthrough of my grandparents’ home to provide an accurate quote without requiring me to be physically present. The pricing was beyond fair for the caliber of service they provide. He also gave me valuable advice on: • choosing the correct storage unit size • packing fragile items properly • organizing the move efficiently • maximizing space and reducing unnecessary costs And let me say this clearly: Westley is an organizational GENIUS. He wastes absolutely NO time and NO space. He can look at boxes, furniture, storage units, and truck space and instantly know how to make everything fit perfectly. His work is EXTREMELY neat, strategic, efficient, and professional. On moving day, even though I still wasn’t fully prepared, Westley and his crew stepped in calmly and immediately got to work. They wrapped my family’s furniture with care using moving blankets and shrink wrap, treated every belonging with respect, and even packed items that I hadn’t finished preparing. Nothing rattled them. Not the emotional stress. Not the dust-covered garage boxes that had been sitting for years. Not the chaos. Not the pressure. They handled everything with patience, grace, speed, and professionalism. And I have to mention this because it genuinely blew me away: Westley is a TIME MANAGEMENT MASTER. If he says he’ll arrive at 8:45 AM, understand that he and his crew will be there at 8:45 AM sharp, greeting you professionally and already preparing to work. By 8:50 AM they are fully moving — and they DO NOT stop until the job is done. The three of them work like a perfectly synchronized machine. Fast. Focused. Respectful. Strong. Efficient. Pleasant. Professional. Honestly, the best way I can describe Westley is a cross between Sonic the Hedgehog and Bam Bam — incredibly fast and unbelievably strong. By the end of the move, I found myself emotional all over again — but this time from gratitude. In the middle of my tears, exhaustion, and grief, one thing Westley unknowingly taught me was grace, resilience, and calmness under pressure. *PART 1 OF 2

We recently moved from Southern California to Northern California, and Shift It Moving made what is usually a stressful, exhausting process feel completely effortless and seamless. Wesley, the owner, was the absolute star of the entire move. From our very first conversation, he was incredibly polite, professional, and quick to respond. His attention to detail was exceptional — he personally packed the whole kitchen himself with incredible care, making sure every fragile item and piece of cookware was secured perfectly. His memory was truly impressive too; he remembered every single instruction we gave him (even the small things mentioned only once) and followed through on everything precisely. Wesley’s hands-on approach and calm leadership gave us total peace of mind throughout the move. His fantastic team — the two Roberts, Tony, and Daniel — were equally impressive. They worked efficiently, handled our belongings with respect, and kept great energy and professionalism the entire time. Thanks to their hard work and coordination, the entire move went smoother than we ever could have imagined, and they made a long-distance relocation feel easy. Worked with Wesley - who is an amazing mover and the owner who helped move all my stuff (a few pieces of furniture and around 14 boxes) from Pasadena to San Francisco! He was able to quickly load and unload the moving truck. He was also very careful with the fragile items which I appreciated and even helped me fix some loose screws on my standing desk and my bed! I was initially worried since a lot of things can go wrong with moving long distance, but he had great service and took care of everything quickly!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

By far the best and most efficient moving company I’ve ever hired. They’re rockstars and handle everything with care! If we ever move again these will be our guys again.
