PROS: Professional, quick and efficient. The guys they sent were pleasant and appeared to truly enjoy their job. They took their time w/our things but moved quickly. The quote given was accurate and the customer service was top notch. I will definitely use them again.
CONS: The ONLY negative comment I have is this company does not carry extra boxes on their trucks, in case a last minute box or two is needed. It would be beneficial to have some in various sizes & charge for the boxes requested or needed.

I had an amazing experience with this moving crew! They were incredibly fast, professional, and handled everything with great care. Their customer service and hospitality were outstanding—they were friendly, respectful, and made the entire moving process stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. If I could give them a 10/10, I definitely would! I would suggest - Tae, Jimmy, Luke, and Patt if possible!

From the first day I filled out the 'Get a Quote' form online, Quick Reaction was prompt, thorough, and courteous in all of their communication. They answered all of my questions (of which there were many!), and responded equally well whether via phone or email. Their rates were competitive and they were upfront with my expected costs, so I wasn't surprised at the completion of the job. Even when the 7-man crew that was scheduled turned into a 5-man crew unexpectedly (labor rates were adjusted), QR was still committed to working hard and completing the job well! The team that showed up for our "Labor Only" job (loading ABF moving trailers for a military move) was respectful and hardworking; the guys took a few water breaks and stopped briefly to eat lunch; and they endured loading a lot of really heavy stuff in high-heat/humidity conditions. They wrapped our furniture with care and loaded it well (only a few dings and crumpled boxes resulted). Overall, I would certainly recommend Stuart and his guys at Quick Reaction for help with any move!
