Had a great experience from this moving company. From booking, estimate and actual moving day, everyone was professional and responsive. They made the whole process easy and stress free. I also appreciated that they communicated regularly throughout the whole process. On moving day, the staff -Mike and Johnny were very courteous, efficient and took great care of our property. It all started with a great marketing piece that was left on your front door after we listed out house. I called and had a great chat with Michelle and set an appointment for her to come and give us an estimate for the move. We had gotten other bids and Pink Zebra was very competitive. Honestly Michelle was why we picked her. On move day they were there on time and worked tirelessly to get us moved out. We had a gap between closing on our old house and our new place so Michelle helped us with storage and scheduling of the final move. Michelle sent us the A team and got us moved in (with some really heavy furniture that had to go upstairs). We have already told our friends (who moved recently to our community) to give Michelle a call and they ended up using Pink Zebra as well (the trucks were actually here all day yesterday). I highly recommend Pink Zebra. Just call Michelle and you will see why.

The staff was very Customer Service the person who came out to meet me for the first time reassured me that everything I was telling her that I needed to be moved. She was very understanding about certain pieces that I wanted moved carefully. I felt that their price for moving was good. The men that came to move me listen to everything I said did everything. I said they were very patient with me. They move me from one home into another and they were there on time. They were very efficient. There was nothing at all damaged from morning until they were finished in the afternoon. They never stopped doing their job. I would recommend this company for anyone who is moving from one home to another. I live in New Jersey Jersey and I stayed in New Jersey Jersey moving can be stressful, but this company made everything very reassuring that everything will go well and it did.
