So many things kept going wrong leading up to this move so anxiety was high, but Curtis, Demonte, and Mercer from On The Fly dissolved all of it this morning.
We had excellent communication. They immediately adapted to an unexpected situation with access to my building. They moved fast, handled everything with care, and got the job done at the estimated time.
Honestly, even if it had taken double the time, I'd still be writing the same review.
Sending a massive thank you to this incredible crew for their hard work and for their kindness and caring!
Also Jessica in the office was amazing! She scheduled my move and answered a bunch of questions clearly and promptly. I was confident in my quote, what was included, and what I would actually be charged based on the hourly. Her assistance set the stage, and Curtis, Demonte, and Mercer delivered. Thank you, all!

We had a fantastic experience with this team! They arrived right on time, were very professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. It was an especially hot day, but the crew powered through without missing a beat. We couldn't have appreciated their hard work and positive attitude more. Best of all, the final total matched the initial estimate perfectly, with zero surprise fees. Moving is stressful, but they made it seamless. Highly recommend!

If I could give a billion stars I would!! Exceptional is clearly understatement!! Demonte, Deandre and Marsaille did one hell of a job!! They called with an ETA.. Arrived on time.. Immediately went to work and finished this move in 1 hour!!!! That’s unheard of!! Very mannerable, extremely professional and they also went the extra mile by unwrapping furniture!! That was not part of the move!! I recommend this company with my entire heart on my shoulders! Thank you for making this move painless and pleasant! God bless you all!

Travis was excellent! He managed the move and team of movers very professionally, Aiden, Tanner, Camden and Prashan were very professional and careful with our move, they worked very hard despite the August heat. We where very impressed with their diligence and speed. We would highly recommend them without hesitation!

Want “prospective movers that come see what you have to move prior to the move, that show up when they say they will, that have enough guys to get the job done efficiently, that carefully wrap prized possessions….that only charge fir the hours it takes to move??? On The Fly Moving guys…liked the name of company…polite fellas, and just plain FUN movers!!!!
