The movers were very polite, provided great customer service, and made me feel like a valued customer. Despite a glitch at my apartment's dock-where another tenant was scheduled at nearly the same time-the crew remained calm and managed to complete everything within the time frame I paid. I also want to mention Jessica, who was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. I woul definitely recommend this company to others.

This was a seamless process from the beginning to the end. Brittany constantly kept me touch during the move which made it a lot less stressful. Demonte, Curtis, and TJ were timely, fast, patent and kind. I would definitely recommend this company!

We have used this company on 4 different moves. For family and for ourselves. All times they did an outstanding job. They know l am demanding in making sure nothing is damaged so they wrap everything. I have not had any issues with their service. The team they send, which changes, are the best part. This time we had Travis, Aiden and Camden. They had a couple of others but l do not remember their names. Excellent team! They may not be the cheapest, but we are not either. You get what you pay for is so true!! We get more! Thanks Jessica for being our contact this time! Bud & Carol

I forgot to leave an review that day but the three gentleman that moved my living room set hands down were the best they arrived a few mins before schedule which work out great for me as well as it took them no time to pickup from Midlothian Va and SouthSide Richmond! They even put everything together and assured everything was working before they departed! Found it this was the second time we have done business with one of the gentleman. I made sure to take down their names but I have them written down at home however I will be reaching out again for another move I have coming up for one of my clients! Great business and service was provided 9/21/26 thanks again guys I believed Demonte was the drivers name but all of them were great!

After calling around a few places to get quotes, I looked up on the fly after recognizing the name from work. They were by far the cheapest option I found. Booked them immediately. The team of Demonte, Mercer, and Malik were incredible. They had my furniture packed up and on the way in less than 45 minutes. Got everything in my new place perfectly, amazing experience overall. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

We had a fantastic experience with this team! They arrived right on time, were very professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. It was an especially hot day, but the crew powered through without missing a beat. We couldn't have appreciated their hard work and positive attitude more. Best of all, the final total matched the initial estimate perfectly, with zero surprise fees. Moving is stressful, but they made it seamless. Highly recommend!
Huge thank you to Jamerl, Jamel, Tanner, and Mike!

They were as quick and efficient sending me a quote as they were with my move. They were very careful with my belongings and super helpful and friendly. I will definitely use On the Fly Moving Guys again.
