Right from the start OTFMG did a great job staying in touch with us and walking us through our out of state move. The crew they sent out and the crew that traveled to our new home were all friendly, professional, and hard workers. We especially enjoyed working with Jamarl, Travis, Randy, and Aiden. Jessica was prompt in responding to our questions either by phone or email. Joseph, the owner also was great to work with, especially in resolving any issues that arose. After the crew left our new home we noticed spots on our new carpet. And while we could not prove whose footprints actually made the spots, OTFMG worked with us to resolve the issue and get the spots removed. We were so grateful for how they responded to resolve this, especially in a day and time with customer service is not always important to some companies. Not these guys, they do care about your experience and want to be sure the customer is happy with the outcome of the move. While no move is perfect and without some small dings here and there, we were really impressed at how well they wrapped furniture to protect it. Bottom line, this is a great company to use if you need to make a move, either small or large. The price was lower than we anticipated for an out of state move and picking up some of our items from two different locations. Use them if you want to be happy with your next move.

Great experience with this company - they were right on time and had great communication leading up to and on the day of the move. Demonte, Mercer, and Camden were all very professional, kind, and helpful. They made the move super quick and painless. This company also had much better rates vs competitors. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends.

Highly recommend!! This is my second time using these movers! Everything from scheduling with Jessica to the movers Conroy, Camben, and Jermel were fantastic! They showed up and worked very hard. All professional and got the job done. Very respectful!
