Had the opportunity to use Off Load Moving for our move last week. From the first conversation with Briar and Chris, I knew immediately they were the company to trust with this move. They were both some of the most professional and kind people I have ever dealt with in business……ever!! We contracted with them at a very reasonable quote and then the day came for the move. They came on time with 3 young fellas who couldn’t have been any more polite and sweet. They worked extremely hard and took their time when bringing large pieces of furniture up and down stairs so as to not hurt the walls or the furniture- they took great care with everything they moved! And when they were done, Briar personally stopped in to check and see how it went which is an owners touch your rarely see!! HIGHLY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend OFF LOAD MOVING for any and all moving needs!!

This company went over and above, and I am so very happy that I choose them for our local house move. First, they offered 4 men and two trucks, which was something no other firm offered. Two, they sent extra men and a third truck after those guys finished another job in order to keep our job moving smoothly. All the men were polite, hard working and cooperative. They securely wrapped furniture in blankets and artwork in cardboard such that everything traveled safely to the new home. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this firm and their movers were just phenomenal to work with and I highly recommend them.

I am a very particular person about my belongings. This moving company is the best I have ever used. They were professional, kind and thoughtful moving my furniture. They were on time and they moved everything without scratching, damaging or breaking anything. They moved me from a second floor apartment to another 2 floor apartment. They did such a great job I gave them a $200 tip and paid for a pizza dinner to feed 4. And if I was able I would have tip them $500 because they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them and most definitely use them again upon need.

OFF-Load was great. I met Briar at a networking event last year and have followed them on social media. I was not there for the initial walkthrough (my wife was), but Chris and Briar were communicative leading up to the move, coordinating for two trucks so I could be at our storage unit while another team worked at our home.
I was happy with our initial quote. I thought it was fair and comprehensive. What made me really happy is when we completed the move. I am not comfortable standing around, so I did my best to help move things towards the truck. I imagine this sped up the process just a little bit, but the pace the team worked at already was awesome. Originally we were quoted for 7.5 hours. The job was completed in a bit over 4. The quote automatically adjusted for final payment, accurately showing the hourly rate by our hours used.
Never did I feel like OFF-Load was out to move slower, extend the time, drag things out, or overcharge for "extra materials" or things. They took care to not scratch up walls or floors, which was a concern I had considering what we'd just paid to have our new home painted top to bottom before the move-in. They are honest, friendly, and efficient.
I work in Property Management, and I have recommended OFF-Load to anyone who is looking for a moving company, and will continue to do so. I hope to not need to coordinate another move for quite some time, but if/when I do, I will certainly call them back.
