I cannot recommend Off Load Moving enough, especially Breon! Moving is stressful, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. He showed up ready to work, handled everything with care, and made what could have been an overwhelming day feel so much easier.
From heavy furniture to countless boxes, Breon worked efficiently, stayed positive, and treated my belongings as if they were his own. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who is not only hardworking but also genuinely cares about making sure their customers are taken care of.
Thanks to him, I was able to get settled into my new place with far less stress than I expected. Stress-free experience with Off-Load Moving! They did TWO moves for us this past spring, one was local and the other was from Virginia to Connecticut. Both moves were expertly executed and completed with care and efficiency. Jevon and Breon could not have been more helpful and friendly! Jevon communicated with us at every step of the long-distance move and didn't miss a beat! (Do these guys ever sleep?!!) They sure didn't sleep on this move!! Better than family!

I am a very particular person about my belongings. This moving company is the best I have ever used. They were professional, kind and thoughtful moving my furniture. They were on time and they moved everything without scratching, damaging or breaking anything. They moved me from a second floor apartment to another 2 floor apartment. They did such a great job I gave them a $200 tip and paid for a pizza dinner to feed 4. And if I was able I would have tip them $500 because they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them and most definitely use them again upon need.

OFF-Load was great. I met Briar at a networking event last year and have followed them on social media. I was not there for the initial walkthrough (my wife was), but Chris and Briar were communicative leading up to the move, coordinating for two trucks so I could be at our storage unit while another team worked at our home.
I was happy with our initial quote. I thought it was fair and comprehensive. What made me really happy is when we completed the move. I am not comfortable standing around, so I did my best to help move things towards the truck. I imagine this sped up the process just a little bit, but the pace the team worked at already was awesome. Originally we were quoted for 7.5 hours. The job was completed in a bit over 4. The quote automatically adjusted for final payment, accurately showing the hourly rate by our hours used.
Never did I feel like OFF-Load was out to move slower, extend the time, drag things out, or overcharge for "extra materials" or things. They took care to not scratch up walls or floors, which was a concern I had considering what we'd just paid to have our new home painted top to bottom before the move-in. They are honest, friendly, and efficient.
I work in Property Management, and I have recommended OFF-Load to anyone who is looking for a moving company, and will continue to do so. I hope to not need to coordinate another move for quite some time, but if/when I do, I will certainly call them back.
