Promovers was awesome from start to finish. I was anxious about moving our inherited steinway baby grand piano to my daughter’s home in Nova Scotia. The staff who handled the insurance and cost were well informed and communicated every step of the way.
The day of the actual move was exhilarating. Paulo and his crew of 4 men orchestrated a move with major challenges: both a tight and awkward corner inside our house and outside a hillside with flagstone steps. Their strength endurance and coordination were incredible. Paula clearly knew well how to handle the situation and instructed his team clearly and effectively. We felt like celebrating afterwards as though we were good friends!
I would use them again in a heartbeat.

MyProMovers did a great job moving my daughter's household items from one floor of her appartment building to a larger apartment on another floor. ProMovers communicated effectively the information they needed to plan and execute the move. The date prior to the move they confirmed everything was set. On the day of the move they showed up on time, started packing up everything carefully and expeditiously, as they moved the items to the new appartment. The two movers were great at their job and completed everything under the alloted time that avoided extra charges! I highly recommend MyProMovers for their overall professionalism that includes great communication, planning and execution!

Luis Betancur, Gabriel, and Franklin were so nice and helpful and moved everything efficiently and were a pleasure to work with. The price was the most reasonable price I was quoted in the DMV area.
