I was nervous having never hired movers before out of fear they would be too expensive or break things. MoveGreen was recommended to me and I am so glad they were.
The team showed up right on time, and was considerate of our neighbors while positioning the moving truck out on the street. They were kind, funny, and quick! Very good at their jobs and wrapped things very well to keep them safe while moving. They even stopped and helped us look for a kitten we were fostering who had gone missing and was hiding.
At the new house they helped place everything where it went and asked multiple times if we were satisfied with the location or wanted them to move it somewhere else.
And in the end the total fee was less than the original bid!

They were able to accommodate me on a short timeline, communicated clearly, and made the entire process feel much more manageable. Great communication throughout the process. Had a slight hiccup in that I caught COVID and wasn’t able to prepack as much as possible before they showed up. They came and had to change plans because they needed more help since I hadn’t been able to do as much as I thought I could. Very quick packing and unpacking. I’m deducting one star as they did take down a wire on a telephone pole that they didn’t take responsibility for and I had to call around to get it taken care of. I would think if they damage something like that they would know who to call to fix it.

Had a short distance move to a new home. Movegreen was the perfect answer for our needs. Movegreen team showed up on time with truck and moving supplies as promised. The three man team wrapped, loaded, transported and unloaded our furniture in such a professional manner. Movegreen team worked efficiently and professionally and completed the job under the estimated time and cost. Could not have been more pleased.
