My friend moved us 4 times and we trust him 100%. But he does local moves and referred us to his cousins company in Las Vegas. We were moving from Greenville SC back to L.A. They did a masterful job. They had to create custom crates for a rare art piece and a large neon clock. All arrived on time and in perfect condition. The crews at both ends were GREAT! And best of all, pricing was VERY fair for this move.

A friend had recommended Move 4 Less when I was moving. I believe Paul was the rep who contacted me and he was great from beginning to end. Price couldn't be beat. The two guys who did the moving were on time moving day, very courteous and fast. They moved me from a second story apartment that had bends and turns down the stairwell, but these guys never complained and were always in good spirits. If I move again, I will definitely use more Move 4 Less again.

I hired Move 4 Less to move heavy and unique household items from a storage unit here in Summerlin to my son’s newly purchased home, also in Summerlin. Bottom line: everything went very well. A courteous and strong team showed up on time with a clean and modern truck and they went right to work once I showed them his storage unit. I led them to his house and they unloaded his items safely, set them where I instructed and nothing was damaged or broken. I recommend this company. They were great for me.

Arrived on time. They were very communicative, professional and extremely helpful. I was moving out of my apartment for being harassed by neighbors and Move4less kindly gave me an extra box free of charge. My items were dismantled, packed and moved quickly and safely. NONE of my items were damaged or lost. The gentleman that helped me was so awesome with planning on how to move my items in and out efficiently. They were also very cool to chat with. It also cost me less than other moving companies for a studio unit. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I hired Move for Less for my mother-in-law’s move from a three-bedroom condo to a four-bedroom condo in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. The two properties were only half a mile apart. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing and unacceptable moving experiences I have ever encountered. Before booking, I clearly explained that we needed full packing, moving, and unpacking services. At the company’s request, someone walked through the entire condo on FaceTime and showed them every item that needed to be moved. We also specifically requested boxes, packing paper, and wrapping materials. These materials were listed and charged in the contract. Move for Less quoted me $1,670 for a three-person crew. They had both addresses and had already reviewed the contents of the condo before providing the quote. After the crew had been at the condo for approximately four hours, one of the movers called me and claimed that boxes and packing materials were not included. I told him to review the contract because those materials were clearly included in the amount I had agreed to pay. Even more concerning, after four hours with three movers, they had loaded only one sofa and one bed onto the truck. The crew reportedly arrived around 7:00 a.m. and remained until approximately 3:00 p.m.—a total of eight hours. Despite spending roughly eight hours on a half-mile move with three workers, they did not complete the packing and unpacking service that I had purchased. At the new two-story condo, they left the boxes on the first floor near the entrance instead of taking them to the appropriate rooms, unpacking them, and placing the items where they belonged. That is not a completed packing and unpacking service. My mother-in-law has back problems. The entire reason I paid for this service was because she could not safely lift heavy boxes, carry them upstairs, unpack everything, and organize the new home by herself. She was left to deal with exactly the physical work that we had hired this company to perform. To make matters worse, Move for Less charged an additional $770 to my debit card without contacting me, explaining the additional hours or charges, or obtaining my authorization. I still expect a clear, itemized explanation of this charge and proof that I authorized it. I have used full-service moving companies several times in Orange County, California. In every previous move, the companies clearly explained their hourly rates and crew options, then packed every item, transported everything, unpacked the boxes, and placed the items in the appropriate rooms. Move for Less did not provide the service that was discussed, documented, and paid for. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Move for Less. Leaving heavy boxes at the entrance of a two-story home for my mother-in-law, who has back problems and then charging my card an additional $770 without my authorization is completely unacceptable.
