Above and Beyond! Affordable, Professional, and Incredible Customer Service!
I can't recommend MOOvers Chicago enough! I was moving from the suburbs into Chicago, and it was surprisingly difficult to find movers who would travel to the suburbs, let alone at an affordable price. I'm so glad I found them because they exceeded my expectations in every way!
My move turned into a much more complicated situation when my new apartment wasn't ready, and I ended up needing to store my belongings for an additional week. What could have been an absolute nightmare was handled so smoothly by Jimmy Leidlein, his boss Marissa, and the entire moving team. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and understanding. No frustration, no attitude, just a genuine willingness to help!
The first moving crew, including Cruz, was fantastic! They were fast, efficient, and even helped pack items I hadn't been able to finish packing myself. I was initially worried about how much extra packing would cost, but they only charged for the materials used, and everything ended up being much more affordable than I expected.
They were so efficient that they actually beat me to my new apartment! 😂
When we realized my belongings couldn't be moved in, the team adjusted without hesitation and helped get everything into their storage. They even opened and repacked boxes so I could find my work laptop and charger, allowing me to continue working while waiting for my apartment to be ready. That extra effort meant so much to me!
What really impressed me was that their exceptional customer service didn't end when the moving trucks left.
Jimmy Leidlein continued to be incredibly responsive and helpful afterward. He promptly answered my messages, checked in, and helped me obtain the receipts and documentation I needed to provide my apartment complex regarding the unexpected storage and additional moving expenses. His boss was also wonderful about accommodating my situation and helping arrange storage for my belongings.
When it was finally time to move into my apartment, the second moving crew was great as well!
From the initial scheduling and pricing to the unexpected storage situation, second move, and even the follow-up afterward, MOOvers Chicago truly took care of me every step of the way.
It's rare to find a company that's not only affordable and efficient but also genuinely cares about its customers, especially when things don't go according to plan.
MOOvers Chicago has earned a customer for life! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I'll recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and genuinely exceptional movers.

We had a wonderful local move experience with MOOvers Chicago! Jose was our foreman and he along with his crew of 6 others were efficient, professional and careful with our belongings. This is the only move experience our family has ever had that we finished extremely pleased with. I know the quotes vary based on actual time required, but we were pleasantly surprised that our final total also came in well below our quote. If we need to move again, we will be choosing MOOvers Chicago without a second thought!

Great company, super understanding of my needs for what was a more complicated move than I'd hoped - they helped retrieve things from my storage pod and move everything into my new building which really didn't have anywhere great for them to park. This is the second move I’ve use Moovers for and I’m SO glad I did! This was a particularly complicated move for me and they were so helpful each step of the way. I want to specifically call out Jimmy on Theo team — he answered so many of my questions and was so kind and helpful with his answers each time. Additionally, their whole team stepped in to help me when I needed to find my passport which I accidentally packed and put into storage — truly just being kind human beings. Their customer service is unmatched and I highly recommend them — I’ve already recommended them to more than 1 friend.
