I Initially spoke with Jonathan, who was helpful, professional and personable. He answered all my questions and was able to pinpoint my needs by asking things only a mover would think about. Rich and Joe handled the move. My brother-in-law met them at the site on move day.He reports that they did an outstanding job. They were clean, mindful and cautious, even covering the door frame to prevent marks and nicks. They were respectful of others in the apartment building. They were professional and arranged the furniture and boxes in a perfect way to fit in the storage unit. They were nice, neat and friendly and above all had great communication — from the time of booking until the time he was notified they would arrive in 14 minutes. When asked if he would use them again or recommend them, my brother-in-law replied “Oh God Yes!” Thanks for making this a stress free and successful move.
