Raul and Kaleb did an amazing job! They were communicative about their arrival time, walked the house to understand what we were moving and began working immediately. They were quick and efficient, being careful with our things but moving at a good pace. We had to move into an apartment and stuff into a garage, so it was not the easiest of moves. They did not appear to be frustrated by it and always maintained a courteous and professional attitude. I have already referred them to another family friend and was happy to do so! My experience with Raul and Kaleb was worth the five stars. Thanks guys!

I had such an amazing experience with Limestone moving. Haiven was so helpful when getting the quote and booking, since this is the first time I hire a moving company she was able to answer all my questions. Reginald and Morris were also amazing with the move, they were super nice, careful and handled everything perfectly! 100% recommend Limestone Moving to anyone.

Just had a move across Austin and it couldn’t have been easier - Sergio, Ira, Tony, and D’Anthony made short work of the move and finished in less time than expected including wrapping and disassembling and reassembling furniture. Nothing broke and they treated the place like it was their own - would recommend them and Limestone to anyone

This moving company was recommended by my realtor and I’m glad I followed her recommendation. Very easy to contact them, extremely friendly and I got the quote in seconds. Unfortunately it did not match the final numbers at the end of the moving as the moving took longer than anticipated but there is a lot of unpredictability during this process. Also our bed broke during the transportation and to our surprise, the movers took responsibility right away, they called the manager of the company who showed up to our door to assess the damage and to apologize to us. They made it right within a couple of days and reimbursed part of the money so we can use it towards a new bed. We got the money back in the account within 24 hours. I recommend this company for their friendliness, transparency and willingness to make such stressful process as smooth as possible.

The guys were on time and moved our items quickly. 1-2 furniture pieces were scratched a little, but you don't get things out the door without a few scratches. We would definitely use them again, or make a referral to family and friends!

Limestone! Where do I start? The communication is amazing, customer service support is top tier and their movers are professional as it gets. I’ll be honest, I get very skeptical working with movers because of awful prior experiences but Limestone really cares and takes care of their clients and makes it known that their aim is excellence and efficiency. Hire them!

Everyone at Limestone Moving was so great to work with—from scheduling and talking it through with Haiven, to Megan, to the actual guys that showed up on moving day (Connor, Joel, and Micah)—it was a seamless experience and they finished in 3 hours vs 5. Moving can be expensive, but at Limestone, they were up front with all costs, and all was insured, I felt I had a real top notch company. Other companies might be cheaper on the front end, but it’ll be slower and end up costing way more than you planned. In the end, I saved $300 from what I thought I would pay. Everything was just great! Thanks to all at Limestone Moving!

I move a LOT (roughly every two years), and I can honestly say that this is the first move that I have had in about a decade where everything went so smoothly. I worked with Haiven to get my move estimated and scheduled. She was so nice and professional, and I appreciated the reminder/confirmation texts a day or two before the move. On the morning of, I received a text from Isaac letting me know that he and the team were on their way and he provided an ETA, which was great! Jack, Frankie, and Isaac were so efficient and careful with all of my things. We were on a time limit due to elevator reservations, and they made sure to get everything completed with a few minutes to spare! They handled my TV and bed frame teardown/rebuild amazingly, as well. The cherry on top is that the final cost actually came in below the estimate, so I ended up saving a few hundred dollars. I would highly recommend Limestone and will definitely be using them for all of my future moves.

Louis and his team were quick and resourceful. My move was easy and stress free. They had solutions when someone else was blocking the unloading area and helped me remove my TV mount. Nothing I asked was too much for them to handle. They took extra care with anything fragile and were just generally nice and a pleasure to work with. If you ever need to move, you’d be in good hands with Limestone!!

12/10 would recommend Limestone Moving Company! We worked with Haiven for the quote and scheduling and everything was transparent & accurate. She gave us a hint to look at the little hidden charges if we took other quotes and she was correct. Their competition had fees for reassembling the beds for instance while Limestone did not! Joel, Tyrone, Isaiah, Herbert and Sergio were our movers and they were incredible! Very polite and helpful. Incredibly efficient, fast, communicative and fun. They all went above and beyond and made sure everything was the way my wife wanted it. Again, highly satisfied with Limestone Moving and will use them again and will recommend them any time we can.

I had such a great experience with Limestone Moving! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Jared and Fabian were my movers, and they were absolutely fantastic. They gave timely courtesy calls, worked incredibly hard in the Texas heat, and took great care of my belongings. I’ll admit I was a little frantic internally since I don’t move often, but they made the whole process a breeze. After the move, Connor (the dispatcher) walked me through the final details and clearly outlined all of the expenses so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I also appreciated the variety of payment options—it made wrapping everything up super simple. If you’re in Austin and need moving services, I would 100% recommend Limestone Moving—and if you’re lucky enough to get Jared and Fabian, you’ll be in excellent hands! I also want to highlight how great Limestone’s Claims Dept was. After discovering my TV was damaged post-move, I texted Connor about the process. He responded quickly, apologized, and shared my info with the Claims team. By Monday (today), I received a call and we reached a fair resolution that will help me replace my TV. I’d never gone through a claims process before, but they made it smooth and stress-free!

I am a realtor and refer Limestone Movers to my clients. I recently used them to move our daughter and saw first hand how efficient, trustworthy and polite the team that Matthew and Limestone employ. Sergio, Louis and Rodolfo showed up on time, went to work right away, carefully wrapped and packaged everything for it to transport safely and made the move to the new place a seamless process. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in a move. Thank you for your hard work and politeness. We appreciate you moving us with ease!

Limestone moving helped us with every step of our long distance move from Austin to San Francisco. Their office staff is knowledgeable and friendly and curbed all of my worries after talking to dozens of other companies. The moment I booked with Limestone I knew I made the right decision and they were transparent every step of the way. Our long distance mover, Esteban, meticulously handled the entire move, kept our items safe, and instantly helped us feel settled in SF. I we would highly recommend them for any local or long distance move!

I used Limestone with a move a couple months ago and it went great. The two men were very efficient and finished ahead of time, and the price was fair.
