run Run RUN....this has been the worst experience move I have had since I started moving around for work in 2012. This is not by far the longest I have gone. The initial person Jaime on the phone was great and very personable. Then I had to start dealing with the "owner" as he stated. He was rude and condescending especially with women. If my husband was on the phone he was "normal". Zane the first driver was great however the holes left in my drywall were not fixed nor did they even bring it up. They definitely were not there as we built this house just about two years ago. I don't have time between moving and cleaning up to sell and fix their issues. Then we have been waiting to hear when to deliver and told them it had to be Monday - Saturday since they were delivering to a storage facility. No information was communicated to us after two full weeks. With less than 72 hours notice I get a call on a Friday that they will either be there on Sunday or Monday. Well in the contract I have a legal right to change dates without penalty, yes I understand requested dates are not guaranteed, but I still have a right. I called them right back 4 times and emailed and finally the "owner called and said no that is for pick up. Check your contract IT IS IN THE DELIVERY SECTION! He pretty much stated there was nothing he could do. I was fit to be tied. Isaac the driver called the next day and yup they are coming on sunday..the one day I explicitly stated they can not deliver. They seem not to care about the customers once they have money. The driver showed up BY HIMSELF to unload 2500 ft³ into two storage units. A) this showed me right their they are a broker and don't care. B) don't even care about the people they hire. Now we will go through with a fine tooth comb all of our stuff because no offense to Isaac he is going to be tired putting our stuff away. He started at 10am and finished after 5pm. I ran out and bought him a monster. This company is POS. Again both drivers have been great but the company as a whole please don't waste your money on them with LD moves. I have moved from Detroit to Boston, Boston to Charlotte NC and Charlotte to Greenville and had amazing people. Please please please run fast. For the owner to act like he does is doing this business a disservice. Not to mention the paperwork does not have information of who to make things out to. So I got a cashiers check from the back the first one and no one answered the phones after repeated calls to get a name and address and when our bank finally called with us there a random person answered and gave us some information. The "owner" finally called us back 30 minutes later and pretty much had a tempertantrum on the phone because it wasn't the right one now. Put the information on your paperwork and maybe people wouldn't have to hound your ass to figure it out. Same with the delivery. I did postal money order since I don't trust just cash. He finally emailed me. Here is a better idea maybe your company should go by one actually name instead of 4 shady ones. Sorry I will stop here but please do yourself a service and look another way. I know every company has good and bads but damn this company is just bad. Update: went through everything and dawn there was a lot broke. Fridge, heirloom hutch/China cabinet, side tables that were solid wood hd th top ripped right off, the back of the fireplace was broken in half, glasses broken, rips on the couches. It tried calling them everyday and left a message every day with no response. They dont stand by their insurance that that offer and dont want to deal with a thing. Please please on God's name be wary of this company.

The movers were incredibly careful with all of my belongings, taking the time to wrap and pack everything securely to ensure that nothing was damaged during the move. I was really in stress because of my move but oh my Lord they just took away all my stress and I now this seems impossible because no matter what you’re always in stress when you’re moving, but believe you me I really mean it. They actually take all your stress, they just do their work so perfectly that you’ll be shook. Brilliant team I swear!

I have used these movers every time I’ve moved house and they are so good, I’ve even used them to help us move in work. Such a friendly, hardworking team, fast and with great work ethic. I recommend them to everyone seeing this, give them a try and you won’t regret!!

Good service on pickup and delivery, both teams were great and there was no damage at all. The movers made sure they follow up after the move and made sure I am okay even after delivery. Wonderful moving experience with them.

The staff were impeccable in takedown and setup. They cared for our homes on pickup and delivery with extra protection and the commitment to customer service was fabulous. Thank you!

Most dishonest company out there. Quote low price to get the job then change it 3 times. Terrible customer service. They damaged my furniture, stole my dolly cart and never one time returned it or credited me anything. They also held my furniture for 17 days kept lying saying it was in transit and will be delivered within 72 hours well 10 days later it was delivered in pretty rough shape. NEVER USE THEM CROOKS.

The “inconsistencies in quoting, and there have been occasional challenges in terms of communication” is very true unfortunately. This resulted in having to paying thousands more than the estimated pricing for less goods shipped than originally budgeted for.

Quote was very affordable. They were very kind and accommodating for my extra requests. Everything arrived in good shape and on time.
