We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Jersey Moving Pros! Henry and the entire team were all hardworking, professional efficient, men. My house was difficult in that we have many stairs, and we had a lot of bulky, heavy furniture to move. No one mustered a complaint and they worked all day until the job was completed.

We had the choice of many moving companies who overwhelmed us with their mailings. I chose to include Jersey Moving Pro in my 3 estimates because they were family owned, seemed professional in their approach and gave advice about moving. Also, they offered climate controlled storage with first month free, and that was important to us. Of three moving estimates, they were about the same as the others so price wasn’t an issue. I had been packing for months and was apprehensive about the time (and cost) of the move. We thought it would take several hours with all the boxes we had in the garage, basement and our two story home, but NJMP team loaded everything in 2 1/2 hours, quite a feat! They labeled and catalogued all boxes with pre-printed labels which reinforced their professionalism to me. Our belongings are now in NJMP storage, and I have no anxiety, knowing that our belongings are in a climate controlled facility separated from others’ belongings. I look forward to when we can set a date for NJMP to complete our move, and I have confidence that they will do so!

Jersey Moving Pros were very responsive whenever I had to call them. They also gave me a good price for my out-of-state move. Because of a storm coming in, I had to change the date they were picking up my furniture. It was a VERY last minute change of date and they were EXTREMELY accommodating. When the guys came to move the furniture in the afternoon, I felt terrible about the last minute change of date. But they assured me it was no problem and did a great job.

Jersey Moving Pro was absolutely fantastic. I had to pack up my home of 25 years; pick up storage; deliver and place at my new residence and then make another large delivery of furniture and household items to the Salvation Army. The crew was on-time, polite and constantly working. Everything went off without a hitch. I couldn't have been happier.
