2 weeks ago the great crew headed. By Henry did a two location move.
Piano to one location the rest to another.
Quote was lower but I had packing that wasn’t finished they jumped right in.
The truck was clean they cleaned up everything. They dis assembled and reassembled without a problem.

During one of the most chaotic times of my life, I received a recommendation for Jersey Moving Pro (along with many others). As soon as I spoke with Carol, I knew my search was over. Carol explained every detail. There were no "surprises" in the billing, collecting of furniture, transportation, or delivery. At collection, I watched all items handled with respect and care. During transportation, alI received phone calls to update me of their location and estimated delivery day/time. On actual delivery day, everything was again, handled with care and professionalism. Not once did I feel that I was just another customer. Jersey Moving Pro did everything they promised!
Carol was an absolute breath of fresh air! She calmly explained all the aspects of the process. She was detailed in the pricing aspect. There were absolutely no "surprise charges". She did not make me feel rushed to book. Everything went exactly as she described!

Jersey Moving Pro was the perfect solution for our move. From estimate to moving day I was well informed. The team came in and were professional and organized. The guys were great and super helpful. We moved to an apartment and some stuff went into storage. Both stops were efficient and I was super impressed. I would choose them again and highly recommend their services.

We had the choice of many moving companies who overwhelmed us with their mailings. I chose to include Jersey Moving Pro in my 3 estimates because they were family owned, seemed professional in their approach and gave advice about moving. Also, they offered climate controlled storage with first month free, and that was important to us. Of three moving estimates, they were about the same as the others so price wasn’t an issue. I had been packing for months and was apprehensive about the time (and cost) of the move. We thought it would take several hours with all the boxes we had in the garage, basement and our two story home, but NJMP team loaded everything in 2 1/2 hours, quite a feat! They labeled and catalogued all boxes with pre-printed labels which reinforced their professionalism to me. Our belongings are now in NJMP storage, and I have no anxiety, knowing that our belongings are in a climate controlled facility separated from others’ belongings. I look forward to when we can set a date for NJMP to complete our move, and I have confidence that they will do so!

Jersey Moving Pros were very responsive whenever I had to call them. They also gave me a good price for my out-of-state move. Because of a storm coming in, I had to change the date they were picking up my furniture. It was a VERY last minute change of date and they were EXTREMELY accommodating. When the guys came to move the furniture in the afternoon, I felt terrible about the last minute change of date. But they assured me it was no problem and did a great job.
