Jake and Josh arrived on time down to the exact minute, were super friendly, and very understanding regarding our situation. They helped my wife and I move out of our apartment in Lowell, IN, to our new apartment in Kalamazoo, MI with respect for our belongings and our time.
Communication with the team was spot on, as both Jake and Josh were honest and prepared for every situation possible. Both gentlemen made a very stressful situation an extremely positive one for the both of us!
I highly recommend that potential inquirers follow through with using Immediate Movers and Storage for all of their moving and/or storage needs. The team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, careful, patient, willing, and above all else, a pleasure to work with. I wish Google didn’t limit me to 5 stars for this review, because the service these gentlemen provided was extraordinary. They deserve all of the stars (and a raise!)

Jake and Josh are THE BEST! These guys were so fast, incredibly nice, understanding, and right on time. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings and communicated with us so well throughout the entire move.
I will be recommending Immediate Movers to everyone I know who is moving from now on. I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could!

I highly recommend Immediate Movers & Storage. The crew arrived on time, they worked efficiently and handled all fragile items with care. They were so easy to talk to. They even moved my XL indoor and outdoor potted plants and physically lifted them and put them in place. Which is one of the reasons I used Immediate movers I couldn’t find any other company to help me move my big plants.
The crew took the time to wrap all of my furniture. They protected all door ways from damage and I was shocked at how quickly they loaded and unloaded.

I had Immediate Movers and Storage (Tyler, Julio, Jayson, Aaron, and Jeff) move all my home’s contents from storage units to my new house. They did an excellent job—efficient, careful with everything, and very friendly. They went the extra mile by putting back together the multiple furniture items that had been disassembled. I’d recommend them to anyone.
