Very nice and professional and took care of furniture but definitely had issue with coordinating time and “ time clock” started prior to arrival. And I keep asking them to please keep with quoted time of 2.15 hours but they went over 30 mins. Not happy about that due to price. They did a really good job with the wrapping and moving of items though. Very thorough

Overall, my interstate move with Immediate Movers was successful. My belongings arrived safely, nothing was broken, the dedicated-truck arrangement worked as discussed, and most importantly, the company honored the price I was quoted.
My one significant concern was staffing. This was a substantial move from a third-floor apartment with two flights of stairs and a large amount of belongings. Jayson and Ethan were the only two movers assigned to the load, which took nearly six hours. The following day, Jayson drove the truck to Ohio and was the only person assigned to unload the entire move.
To be clear, no one required me to help. I could have stepped aside and allowed the crew to complete the entire job themselves. I chose to help with both the loading and unloading because, after seeing the amount of work involved, I personally felt the job was simply too large for the number of people assigned to it. I wasn't comfortable watching two guys take on that load alone... or Jayson handle an entire unload by himself... when I was capable of helping.
I understand that good employees can be difficult to find, particularly people you can trust with customers' homes and belongings who are also willing to do this kind of physically demanding work every day. Immediate Movers has two good ones in Jayson and Ethan. They worked extremely hard, were professional, and deserve both recognition and my sincere thanks. I hope the company recognizes the value of the employees they have and does what it can to keep them.
At the same time, staffing is a significant enough part of a professional moving service that I think it is worth mentioning. Customers hire movers with the reasonable expectation that the company will assign enough manpower for the scope of the job. In my case, additional help would have made a substantial difference.
Aside from that concern, the move itself was completed successfully. The price was honored, everything arrived safely, and the individual movers did an excellent job. My primary recommendation to Immediate Movers would simply be to better match crew size to the size and difficulty of the move.

Five stars for Jayson and Ethan — they absolutely earned it.
I want to specifically recognize Jayson and Ethan for the work they put into my interstate move from Indiana to Ohio.
Yesterday, Jayson and Ethan handled a very demanding load from my third-floor apartment. With two flights of stairs, tight spaces, and a substantial amount to move, they worked incredibly hard for nearly six hours. They stayed professional, kept moving, handled my belongings carefully, and did an impressive job packing everything tightly and efficiently into the truck.
With only the two of them handling the load, I chose to jump in and help where I could because of the amount of work involved. Even with a difficult job in front of them, neither of them let up. They worked hard from beginning to end and did everything they could to get the truck loaded efficiently.
Today, Jayson returned as the driver and handled the entire unload in Ohio by himself. Given the amount that needed to be unloaded, I again chose to help where I could. Jayson kept working until everything was off the truck and where it needed to be. After everything he had already done during the previous day's load, his work ethic today was just as impressive.
Ethan deserves recognition for the tremendous effort he put into the difficult loading process, and Jayson deserves additional recognition for seeing my move through from beginning to end — loading, transporting everything to Ohio, and then handling the unload.
Both Jayson and Ethan were hardworking, professional, careful with my belongings, and great to work with. I genuinely appreciate the effort these two put into getting me moved.
Five stars for both of them. They earned every one.
