The crew was kind, respectful, friendly, and full of energy. They worked incredibly hard and packed our belongings with as much care as anyone could ask for, and we had a house full of stuff. On the first day, three movers packed roughly 90% of our house in about eight hours, which was impressive. They came back the next day, and Thomas Reiss loaded our moving truck about as well as it could possibly be done. The people who helped us unload kept remarking on what a great job the packer had done, saying it looked like the work of a true professional. Honestly, we wouldn’t have been able to bring nearly as much of our stuff if we’d used ordinary movers.
Where they fell short: Some of the boxes were packed in ways that made no sense. The box labeled “master closet” held one armful of clothes plus a handful of toys from the kids’ room, while the rest of the closet was scattered across other boxes. Another box contained nothing but 2 Chapsticks and 2 pieces of actual garbage, each wrapped in packing paper.
The bigger issue was the kitchen: two full drawers of utensils, cutting boards, and measuring cups were skipped entirely. We were in a hurry and didn’t catch it, and our realtor found them after we’d already left. We had to replace all of it.
Regarding the price: The first day, three workers packed for about 7 hours, and the total came to around $2,100. The next day, the same three workers put in about 8 hours to load the truck, and that came to around $2,700. With taxes and everything included, our total was roughly $5,100. I felt the pricing was fair for the amount of work and the number of hours put in.
However, we were refunded $250 for their mistakes.

Thomas and Kenny were great. They were wonderful with my elderly mother, wrapped and packed things well, and nothing was damaged from the move. They were efficient and kind.

From the constant check-ins to the phone calls the night before, every step of the process made us feel supported. Matt and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, and, most importantly, compassionate. They showed such care and consideration for my three girls while we were in the middle of so much chaos.
Moving is never easy, but they truly went above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible. Even the special delivery at the end was such a thoughtful touch and spoke volumes about the kind of company they are.
Top-notch customer service from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Matt, Junior, Logan, Katie and your entire team, for your kindness, professionalism, and support during such a big change in our lives. You are appreciated.

The iHauliMove team worked with me when I needed to change the move date. Communication was terrific as the iHauliMove team checked in with me the week prior, then 2 days prior just to ensure all was well. Plus I was given an estimated arrival time on the day of moving. Then the moving crew of John, Reese and Blake took such care in loading and unloading. I will request these guys when I move again!
